When mounting the initial pad to the dashboard I waited well more than the recommended time before completing the installation. After a hour of driving the entire Assembly fell off. Also I could not pair to Alexa.

Can't get this to work

Don't understand why it is not working. During these times of uncertainty, we will bring it back when we can. I do have a warranty on this product.

Overpriced garbage

Also it doesn't have Alexa it just puts an app on your phone with Alexa. If I didn't lose the box I would have returned it.

Not easy to set up
