It’s a great product. It charges your phone the phone fast

Works pretty well for me most of the time. But when it's cold outside and i have my heat on, it will heat up the pad and my phone will just fall off and land near my feet. The way it fits in my car on the vents also isn't the best and sometimes it will move a bit and make my phone crooked but other than those two issues, everything else about it works fine

My phone was heavy for the mount, and it drop it all the time

The charging component works great. However, there are two flaws. The clip works poorly on horizontal vent fins. The weight of the charger and phone cause the device to drop. The drop puts pressure on the power connector on the back of the plate creating an unreliable power connection.

This item only worked for two weeks and then it stopped. A very nice design for a wireless charger but it just did not last long at all. Did not meet my expectations. For the cost it should have worked.

Overall the device works well. Was hoping it would hold iPhone 12 Pro without having to add the metal disk to the back of the case, but small bumps in road easily sent it flying. Put the disk on the case and it stays put. Have to pay attention where you place the disk relative to your phone so the wireless charger is in alignment with your phone.

A great item, especially when you’re in and out of your vehicle often and you need to take your phone. Only downside is the phone can over heat. On warmer days I make sure to have air directed from the vent which the holder is attached to. A cooling system built into the charger would give it a 5 star rating.

My iPhone Pro 13 Max with Lifeproof case will not stick to the charger. Basic vehicle acceleration or road bumps will cause the phone to fall off. Would not recommend for larger / heavier phones.

Magnet work amazingly and holds my note 20 ultra perfectly but the USB adapter that came with it wasn't strong enough to charge my phone, it kept power cycling. A better USB car adapter and USB cold solved that issue and now works great

This doesn't work if you have a case, unless you install the metal clips into it, which make it look really funky. Would not recommend unless you have an opaque case to hide all the metal.

The connection of the usb micro cable to the port in the rear of the charger is poorly designed given the use scenario of mounting the charger to car vents. The port has become unusable as the cable will no longer properly connect after only 1 month of use. Also, the charging speed for my Samsung Note 20 phone lost the ability to actually charge after about 3 weeks. Was keeping phone at same battery level, not up or down. Now that it won't charge at all, only thing it is good for is a phone holder. Magnet is strong.

This one is a hard pass, magnets are weak. Not up to the job of holding a phone in place even over smooth roads. When I first set it up I had high hopes as how the mount attaches to the vent was of exception high quality and very stable. Charging worked fine so the fact the phone wouldn’t stay in place was a real disappointment. After returning this I got the ESR Halolock. That thing holds my my phone like a rock even over Costco speed bumps.

Vent mount does not remain secure, weight forces vent to close leaving mount in awkward position, magnet location doesn’t allow for secure hold……..basically this things sucks!

Very efficient device. I like the ease of throwing my phone on it and not fighting with having to adjust the sides to hold my phone like i had to with some of the other products ive purchased.

This is so far the best car charger, simple to use and easy to install. No hassles trying to take on and off my phone with the magnet technology.

Iliked the charging pad idea but my phone kept slipping off i am going to try the magnets if that dont work ill be returning it to best buy

Handy easy to install no fuss- use it daily- bought two , one for each car- no need for a special magnetic case

Keeps phone handy, charging is easy. The magnet is strong and Keeps the phone in place. Only issue is the usb can be loose and is on the back of the unit so it comez loose.

I use this every day in the car. Magnet works great and wireless charging is better than more products in terms of speed

I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and was not happy that my other chargers did not work very well with it, including my wireless car charger. I like the idea of a magnetic charger and originally ordered one online, but came across this one a Best Buy. It has worked very well. The included install guide to position the magnet is handy and the phone (even my very large iPhone) sticks very well. and charges quickly.
