I wasn't expecting the magnet to be this strong. It holds my phone securely in my Volvo, even over bumps and rough roads, and the adhesive has stayed firmly in place despite sitting in the summer heat. I recently put this magsafe car mount on my 1996 s10 and it has worked flawlessly. Once it stuck to my dashboard i havent experienced any issues with my phone coming off the mount mid-drive or the adhesive slipping. Overall, it has good strength, good quality, and good stability and I would buy this again.

I was looking for a MagSafe holder that didn’t charge my phone since I use CarPlay with a direct cable. Some other Phone Holders don’t allow for cable flexibility but this one was the only one I saw that allowed for FULL 360 swivel to connect my cable at any angle. The suction is solid and the setup was simple enough. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a strong MagSafe holder.

I’m really impressed with the iOttie iTap 3 MagSafe car mount. The design looks clean and solid, and it doesn’t feel cheap at all. I put it on my dashboard, and it hasn’t moved at all, even sitting in the hot sun. A lot of mounts lose their grip when the car heats up, but this one doesn’t come off or slide around.
