    This thing just slides out, the grip isn't very strong. I really can't recommend this one. Save your money, and get something else.

    The magnetic Ring Adapter did not stay attached to the phone. Gave it a 1 star as we found a way to using other materials to support and attach the phone and placement made it easy to learn information when using the phone for driving directions.

If you're using the magnetic ring, place it outside the phone case or directly on the phone if you aren't using a case. In regards to the vent mount, have you tried tightening it? Sometime, it looks tight enough, but in reality it isn't. If this still persists, please contact iOttie Customer Support, and we will help you asap! Thank you.
