This was all I needed to take by 5+ year old phone and make it like new again. It really holds it's charge now. Very affordable. A worthwhile investment!

Geek Squad Agent Kat was very helpful in getting my batteries replaced in two of my older iPhones. Great experience, and phone batteries are working great.

A few days ago I bought a used iPhone X with warranty still on it I got home and looked at it a few times and noticed it said service in the battery tab so I went on apples website got an appointment the 6 of August and I thought it would be a one hour repair so I went there got it checked and a few hours passes I didn’t get any response a few minutes passed by and I got a response back from one of the geek squad members saying I would have to leave it here and they would contact me when it’s don’t (note that they didn’t say anything about why I needed to leave it here) so I said okay I left my phone number and a second one in case I miss a call I was the next day and nothing I wate 5 more days and still nothing so I got mad I went in the store and they didn’t wanna give me my phone I don’t know why they just asked questions on why I wanted my phone without being repaired so instead of fighting over MY PHONE I left it for a few more day and now it’s the 9 day I still haven’t gotten any update on the app about my phone it still says “ 08/06/2021
03:03 p.m. Your repair will be assigned to an Agent soon.” Like WHAT how is this possible if I would have gone to Apple I wouldn’t have this problem I’m not sure why it’s taking so long to get a battery replaced if they didn’t have the battery and needed to order it why didn’t they tell me when I got there the first time but no they had to wait for me to show up the second time to tell me I couldn’t take my phone and that it takes no more then 3-5 days to get a new battery it’s been 9 days come on I’m very frustrated at this point and will never go back in there again to get something replaced unless I don’t need it right away but in this case I need my phone for work and school this is frustrating to wait for this long Im not liking this service that they give

The service was quick and friendly. The technician was very knowledgeable and noticed immediately that the phone screen looked odd.
After removing the case and the privacy screen, she noticed the battery was swollen and was slightly pushing the screen away from the phone!
In and out very quick while I ran a few errands.
I 100% recommend and will be a returning customer in the future.

They replaced my phone battery and I got it back same day. There were some weird scheduling issues with BestBuy's system and Apple's system (I got the appointment through Apple), meaning I didn't get any emails about the service (no receipt and no "it's done" email). The Geek Squad associates were cool, though, and the price was good. I just did errands and came back in when I figured it might be ready, and it was.

I was extremely hesitant in setting up an appointment at Best Buy to replace my iPhone 6 batter. My phone is my lifeline, and being without it for a mere hour is worrisome to me -- I have family in Pittsburgh along with a job that has called me for offered overtime. However, my battery was lasting maybe 6 hours with very minimal use. I even had an expensive Mophie case that I would use to "charge" my phone three times throughout the day to give me enough juice until bedtime in which the case and iPhone battery needed charged. I had the dilemma of either spending about $30 to get the battery changed, or spend $1,000 in getting a new phone. As I am going back to school in the fall, money is tight, so I wanted to try and give the battery change a first try, and I am happy I did! The Geek Squad techs were great and reassuring! I happily wandered the store, and were prompt to let me know the swap was done! Now my battery lasts all day without needing a charge! It saved me a new phone! Now I am telling all my family members to take advantage of this opportunity if their batteries are less than optimal.
