The whole process was great except when it came to letting me know when my phone was ready to pick up. Instead of calling me at the number I left with them they emailed me. I didn’t have access to my phone and I was out of town so I couldn’t go home and check my email. Other than that it was great and really pretty fast

I had my iPhone battery switched out by Geek Squad.
I went in the store and went over to the Geek Squad counter and they immediately diagnosed it. That was free and took about twenty minutes. They showed me that my battery was not working properly which was causing issues with my phone. After that I set up a time to come back and have my battery replaced. I dropped off my phone for that appointment and they called me back about 2 hours later. My phone looked exactly the same. There were no marks from taking it apart and it has been working properly again ever since. All the issues I was experiencing related to the battery have stopped. The phone overall is working like new again. It was very inexpensive and hassle free to use this service. I would recommend Geek Squad to anyone else who is having an issue with their iPhone battery.

Agents hooked me up with a new display and new battery. Phone works as good as new! Hasn’t sounded this good since a few months after I purchased this phone. Along with recommendations on s new phone in the future, with my requests, I will be purchasing the phone from Best Buy. If you have issues with your phone, laptop, computer, iPad and the such go with Geek Squad, they are the Best!

Probably even more important than phone features is the battery life. When you are recharging your phone after only a few hrs of use, this gets old fast. Geek squad in an authorized Apple Service Provider. With a new battery in a fraction of the time it would take at an Apple Store, my iPhone 8 is working normally again.

I had an excellent experience with the Geek Squad team at Best Buy. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very patient while explaining everything in a way I could easily understand. My issue was resolved quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. It’s reassuring to know I can count on Geek Squad for reliable and friendly service every time!

The battery in my 5-year-old iPhone SE 2 had dropped to 79% of original capacity, and having to be charged up constantly just to get through a couple phone calls.
I had the Geek Squad successfully replace the battery.
The problem was, a few hours after I picked up the phone, the rear camera quit working and the front camera malfunctioned. I am no longer able to use this for mobile deposit banking.
I made several phone calls about this only to be told no, as I had not purchased the phone there. Disappointing.

Was having problems with my phone where the whole unit would get super hot and a faint purple line would appear on the screen. Turns out the battery was expanding and pressing up against the back of the LCD screen in the unit. Best Buy took out the old battery, put a new one in, and I haven't had any problems since.
