Agents installed new phone battery, explained the process ad time to fix.

I had a replacement battery for my iphone. The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

Scheduling was a bit of a think but the work completed was good. Cost was good. Just hated having to plan so far in advance and stand in line to see squad members. Also the lead time on the battery was not initially shared and I felt was a long time. Why are batteries not in stock? or at least an overnite item, not more than 7 days.

I needed to get an iPhone 8 battery replacement but I had heard scary stories that it would cost a lot of money and that the Apple Store was the only one qualified for this type of work. By chance, I was at the Best Buy store and realized that the Geek Squad was contracted by Apple to work on iPhones. I had them do it, and for a great price.

I have nothing but songs of praise to sing for the Best Buy Geek Squad. Jacob was a saving grace, so patient, and actually got my phone fixed lightening quick so that I would have it before I went on a 3 week vacation. They went above and beyond and gave me a lot of confidence that my money was being well spent!

All the 3 people who helped me with this service did an excellent job, were courteous and patient.

When I wanted to replace the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus, I didn't want to have to travel an hour to the nearest Apple Store, when there was an authorized Apple service center in Best Buy about 10 or 15 minutes from me. So I made an appointment with them, went in at the appointed time, and in less than 1/2 hour walked out with my phone with a new battery installed. Great!

The geek tech broke the screen of my iPhone but they said it broke! Even though they didn’t charge for the screen replacement, but they’re not honest!
