Its great that Best Buy is now an authorized Apple Service Provider. We only have one Apple Store in our area and it is 45 minutes away and is always very crowded.
Now I can hop into either of the two local Best Buy stores near me and not have to wait for an hour before getting service.
I have had battery replacements for my iPhones at both the Apple Store and Best Buy...both were equally good and efficient, but Best Buy didn't have the long line to wait in before service.

Needed a battery for my iPhone. Online scheduling a pain but service was great. Didn’t like leaving my phone cause I had to work but hubby picked it up.

I was debating whether to get a new phone or just replace my battery since I have been having some issues with my phone. For a couple hundred dollars my phone is as good as new and I will be able to wait and see what new products come out after the new year. My geek squad person was helpful and informative and helped me make a great decision.

Great service from the Geek Squad when my old iPhone's battery was at its life's end. It gave new life to my iPhone 6S until I dropped it in the water. But the battery held a charge well up to that time then it held it too well as it kept the phone energized so the water could do all the damage to powered circuits. Oh well.

Had my battery replaced for my iPhone 7 Plus recently. The guy I worked with was very pleasant and the replacement was on a discount until the end of the year, so I took care of it while it was cheap. It seems to be holding up better than my old battery... not great, but better. I would replace a battery here again.

My son's phone needed a screen replacement, but his battery was also at 80% capacity, so we replaced the battery at the same time. The price for battery replacement seemed pretty reasonable and Geed Squad did a great job. The battery now shows 100% capacity and lasts a noticeably longer time than it did at 80% capacity.
Thanks for your kind comments! We pride ourselves in our customer service and our ability to solve our clients' problems and we look forward to helping you again. If you have any other questions or any comments, please feel free to reach out to us either in the store or by calling us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778.

Your Geek Squad people are very efficient & helpful! I come in frustrated & leave with a better knowledge of what the issue is on my computer, iphone, or ipad!!

BestBuy made a mistake with my contact info which made this process much longer than it needed to be. But once the service was done, it was done competently.

I brought a cell to replaced the battery, these steps took time and protocol.
Come in make appointment
Come back in wait turn
Be seen by friendly courteous inclusive tech,
When I came I was acknowledged by eye contact and verbally.
The problem is not the employee. Your rigid internal protocols created a high-friction experience that wasted my time,
“ oh sorry we can not fix this due to a crack on phone
