The Geek Squad successfully replaced the battery of my iPhone 12 mini.

The steps / time / and process to get my Iphone battery replaced could have been better and I very much wish it had gone quicker. The staff was friendly but not enough of them to help in a timely manner. The really frustrating part is that as soon as I got my phone back, the charging station was not working consistently :(

The service was quick and friendly. The technician was very knowledgeable and noticed immediately that the phone screen looked odd. After removing the case and the privacy screen, she noticed the battery was swollen and was slightly pushing the screen away from the phone! In and out very quick while I ran a few errands. The whole process was great except when it came to letting me know when my phone was ready to pick up. Instead of calling me at the number I left with them they emailed me. I didn’t have access to my phone and I was out of town so I couldn’t go home and check my email. Other than that it was great and really pretty fast

I was very pleased with the Geek Guys. They explained that it would take four hours to complete the battery replacement. I was concerned only because my phone is a very old smart phone but they worked their magic and it has worked perfectly.
