The Geek Squad members I interacted with in store at Best Buy, Jackson, TN were GREAT. Best Buy Customer Service Rep (BENJAMIN...not in store) was rude and unprofessional. There was a three week delay in repair.

I went to Best Buy to get my iPhone battery replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable and they did a great job replacing the battery. Batteries were in-stock and replacement time was roughly 45 minutes.

Got my phone checked out and had battery replaced. Works Great and stays charged. Very Happy

The phone needed to be left behind for the installation, but it did not take too long. Battery continues to perform well.

The agent fixed my screen and later after I told him replaced the battery. There was a delay in fixing it so I had to wait a few hours and I also got a screen protector put on that I was charged half price for. Ok service and ok phone.

And this was where I was referred to the Best Buy store in Lakeland as an option to get the battery changed out of my phone. The service representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had the battery in my iPhone changed. It was completed relatively quickly and was not too expensive.

Battery was bad they installed new one and it was good to go. The employees were professional and good at their job. If you need a replacement they are the ones to do it.

Since my iPhone 6s battery was replaced 2 months ago at Elk Grove bestbuy, it lasted for 2 days between changes for moderate usage. Service was fast , 1 hour browsing inside the store then it is ready.

The replacement was fast. Everyone was great and knowledgeable about what to expect. After they were done the phone worked like new and I did not experience any issues.

My iPhone6 went “dark”. I couldn’t get it to charge or wake up. The guy at customer got it to charge enough to run diagnostics. We ended up with a new battery under the Apple Battery Replacement Program.

I have bought about a dozen iPhone battery replacements from Best Buy and the experience depends on the staff. Some staff treat you like a child as if I don’t know the implications of changing the battery. Other staff are efficient and as well trained as Apple staff. You get genuine parts and the schedule is more open than Apple.
