Replaced batteries on two iphones that would not hold charge all day. Now the batteries on both iphones run down much quicker, ususll before noon if general use in the morning. I have tried tsettings on phone to conserve battery, but does not help. Best Buy was the reccommended repair facility from Apple. Service representatives were on time and curtious.

Great service, they replace my iPhone battery fast

had the battery replaced on my iphone 13 mini. fast, affordable, and the new battery is working perfectly.

Was having problems with my phone where the whole unit would get super hot and a faint purple line would appear on the screen. Turns out the battery was expanding and pressing up against the back of the LCD screen in the unit. Best Buy took out the old battery, put a new one in, and I haven't had any problems since.

Agents hooked me up with a new display and new battery. Phone works as good as new! Hasn’t sounded this good since a few months after I purchased this phone. Along with recommendations on s new phone in the future, with my requests, I will be purchasing the phone from Best Buy. If you have issues with your phone, laptop, computer, iPad and the such go with Geek Squad, they are the Best!

It was so fast and the people were really friendly

I had the batteries replaced on both my wife's and my iPhones 7 Plus. They are paid off and we want to keep them for a while so we changed the batteries to optimize the charge to them. It is known that these batteries deteriorate over time so this was a sensible preventive measure at a good price because Apple is offering a discount. I made appointments online and the best available for us was at this Best Buy. When we arrived for our appointment we were helped rather quickly and Jonathan was assigned to do the work for us. From the start, he was polite, professional, patient and very attentive. He took his time to make sure we understood the process and answered all our questions, He clearly knows his job well. We left the phones there and were told to return at a certain time. We returned slightly early and were pleasantly surprised that the work had already be completed. Overall, this whole process went very well.

My iphone 13 had reached a critical point with my battery showing 75% of life left which means it has degraded since when it was new years ago. I found out that Best Buy/Geek Squad can replace the battery which was an easy and economical solution!

The service was quick and friendly. The technician was very knowledgeable and noticed immediately that the phone screen looked odd. After removing the case and the privacy screen, she noticed the battery was swollen and was slightly pushing the screen away from the phone! In and out very quick while I ran a few errands.
