I brought an Iphone 6 to replace the battery as the Health indicator had less than 80% (suggested replacement value). Under the Apple authorized deal/repair program, BB did the work without me going to a Genius Bar. It was a simple and easy transaction, took about an hour from start to finish. Be sure to book your appointment online first!

I scheduled a battery replacement for my phone. I showed up, paid, left my phone with them, and was told to return about three hours later. When I returned, they were really cagy and weird and said they needed until the next afternoon for the replacement. I needed the phone for the morning for a work trip, so I asked if I could just have it back and bring it back another time. At that point they admitted that they had stripped the screws trying to get into the phone. I was frustrated and tried to talk with them about options, but they essentially told me to kick rocks. The manager was rude and dismissive and the whole experience was really disappointing. I ended up contacting Apple while sitting in the parking lot outside. This was an older iPhone and any warranties or coverage had long expired, so I didn't expect much, but I wanted them to know that their "certified" techs sucked. Long story short, I ended up with a brand new iPhone 16 for free from Apple. I didn't push or demand or anything. Like I said, my goal was for Apple to know how terrible Best Buy was. Apple ended up going way above and beyond in their customer care. Literally the polar opposite of Best Buy. I would absolutely not go here (Harrisonburg, VA Best Buy) for apple service.

Made an appointment, showed up and dropped off the phone to have the battery replaced under warranty. Within an hour and a half I had my phone back with a new battery that does not die like the previous one. very happy with the service.

The agents assessed my phone condition and clearly explained what happened. They gave me the appropriate timeline of how long it would take and it was ready earlier than I anticipated. It was a low-cost repair and it saved me a lot of money looking for another phone. I would go back to Geek Squad again for any future repairs. They are competent, friendly and very helpful.

I’ll try not make this too lengthy. So, in attempting to fix my original issue other issues arose. I had to go to another location that was about an hour away to have the matter rectified, which I didn’t really mind. The agent set the appointment on my behalf and when I got there I experienced the same great customer service as I did at the original location. However, after fixing my original issue and attempting to rectify the resulting issue, diagnostic tests determined that it would be best for me to get a new phone all together. Geek Squad quickly provided me with the best possible solution and took care of all the details for me. They ordered me a brand new phone from Apple which arrived in a matter of days! I can’t remember all the names but Brandon’s has stuck with me. Brandon, I truly appreciate you and your team’s efforts!:))

They explained exactly what the issue was with my phone and were able to repair it quickly in just a day. You couldn’t even tell that they opened the phone up or anything, it was like it was new. Absolutely would come here again to get a battery replacement or for any phone repair.

Improvement to power longevity and daily use. Has added at least 3 hours to moderate use. Original battery 2 years old, batt life 6-8 hours

When my battery drained on my 3 year old iPhone it was either buy a 1000 phone or replace battery. I chose a new battery for $50 which worked great. And my phone is good as new.

Best and Quick support from Geek Squad.. I will give the 5 star rating for the attentiveness of the team and the way they received me to have the iphone battery replaced.. Definitely will visit Geek Squad next time, if I need any assistance with my devices. Thank you Geek Squad .. :)

The new battery is fine, and the installation didn’t take too long.

Noticed the battery on an iPhone was needing to be charged too often. Decided to look into it, found my battery was failing. Took it to bestbuy and they replaced the battery with an official apple battery, would recommend all battery replacements to go through bestbuy.

I had no idea that I could have my battery replaced in my iPhone 7 Apple showed me where I could get my phone repaired. I made an appointment with Best Buy and only had to keep my phone for about 18 hours ! The Geek Squad did a great job and always very professional !

I am a huge fan of the Geek Squad. They have saved my life. LOL. I was afraid I was going to have to purchase a new phone because no one could find anything wrong with it, but these guys figured it out and fixed it. I love them so much. <3

The agents diagnosed my issue and replaced my battery quickly.

Brought the phone on for a battery replacement and Ethel guys at geek squad had to had the battery changed out in no time. Had no issues with the battery

My wife's phone had a terrible battery life and she recently got the battery replaced and is extremely satisfied with the result. She did go into phone withdrawal for the 2-3 hours it took to get it done.

Agent worked quick on replacing my battery. I Made sure to back up my iCloud before hand to make it a smoother transaction

the battery was under warranty and they did a good job replacing it as i waited.

The phone agent was very polite, but ordered the wrong batteries for our phones. As I was never contacted about their arrival nor given an appointment for their installation, I went in person & I waited 30 min. to find out they couldn't help. Then told I needed an Apple store appt. to do the job properly. NOT happy. However, money was quickly refunded.
