We bought a Samsung refrigerator and we have had such great luck with them in the past we generally don't buy an extended warranty. We bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan because Samsung does not have an authorized repair vendor in our city. Best Buy would provide service only if we bought the protection plan. It is a good comprehensive plan at a reasonable price so we bought it just so we are not left in a lurch if we need repairs.

The phone agent was very polite, but ordered the wrong batteries for our phones. As I was never contacted about their arrival nor given an appointment for their installation, I went in person & I waited 30 min. to find out they couldn't help. Then told I needed an Apple store appt. to do the job properly. NOT happy. However, money was quickly refunded.

Went in to replace my iPhone 6S battery. Geek Squad replaced it quickly and without issues. My phone has worked perfectly since I got the replacement 6 months ago.

The phone was returned not cleaned and I did not sense there was a general overview of the phone itself. The battery was replaced and that’s it. The phone didn’t operate correctly after and the screen was very non responsive after. I ended up trading it in at the Apple Store the next day so $100 for the battery down the drain.

I brought my iPhone 7 Plus to the local Geek Squad with a cracked screen and a diminished battery. The price for the genuine replacement Apple parts is quite reasonable, but the service itself was pricey. However, I had installed an off-brand screen onto my iPhone (cracked it previously a year before) and the tactile feedback never quite felt right. Kept sticking and missing inputs enough to annoy me, so I bit the bullet and paid full price for professional service. When I got it back, it immediately felt like the real thing again.

They are really rude at front desk the guy with white skin browns hairs and specs , he was sooo rude and even he broke my tempered glass and he was still behaving very very rude ! I will never ever visit best buy in entire life and I already report this to APPLE LEADERSHIP TEAM

I'm rating my experience with Geek Squad at a 3 star ONLY because after 3 appointments, someone was finally able to complete our IPhone replacement transaction. The first 2 appointments were complete failures as there was a "glitch" in the system and they said they could not submit the paperwork. It took 3 appts, 3 trips, 2 different Best Buys and over a month before a someone figured out a way around the glitch. Not sure I'll use them in the future.

I took advantage of the iPhone battery replacement at BB and it couldn’t be easier. Made the appointment on the Apple website, set a time, and dropped off my phone. Less than 18 hours later it was ready to go. The only nuisance, and why I’m giving it 4 stars, is that you have to make another appointment on the Apple website to pick the phone back up. That came as a surprise and I should of been advised when I dropped it off.
