Excellent prompt courteous apple iphone repair service

The Geek Squad repaired my phone’s battery and screen promptly and kept me informed of the process at all times. They use genuine Apple parts. I am very happy with the service and the process.

Was happy my iPhone battery was installed quickly. Only downside was the waiting in line to pick it up. I had to actually ask a volunteer to help me or I don’t know how long I would have waited.

I thought it was a free replacement - we had a voucher from ATT/Apple - then found out we had to pay for it! Boo on Apple - it was their issue, I think THEY (Apple) should have covered it.

Team was great. Explained everything and quoted proper pricing. Even helped me to get into my Apple Pay since I didn’t have my physical card and they were mid fixing the phone

My wife just upgraded from her iPhone 6s because the battery wasn’t holding a charge as well. I’m going to give the 6s to my mom so I decided to get the battery replaced before apple raised the price before the end of the year. Made a reservation on Apple’s website. Repair took place same day and was only $30

Service associate was helpful. Suggested that I consider replacing the phone, but completely understood why I wouldn’t. He gave an honest estimate of the time it took to repair.

The agents greeted me nicely and made me feel welcome. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time I did on the Best Buy site. The individual who took my Phone for battery replacement did a excellent job of explaining what they were going to do and how long it would take.

Yea my original phone was broken during the battery replacement for some reasons. And the staff offered me a replacement iPhone instead. Pretty funny experience..fortunately ended well for myself.

Very pleased with service at the store. Everyone was friendly and courteous. My phone was finished BEFORE they had said it would be. Will definitely go back for any future purchases.

They did a great job with the battery replacement. The phone still was water “proof” after the battery was replaced. If I need to replace another battery in the future I will use Best Buy.

Kept my IPhone for over 5 hours to change the battery. Once I got it back I found a few days later that they disconnected my front camera.

I went to Best Buy as part of the Apple Agreement for battery replacement for certain iPhone models. The geek squad did a very professional job and returned it back to me very quickly.

The Geek Squad are truly an exceptional and caring team. They couldn't addressed my battery ordeal due to not having the product. So, they called the Apple Store and had them locate one and even set up an appt with no wait. It was a smooth transaction afterwards, Thank you Geek Squad!

Repaired my phone and replaced my battery. My phone is working good now no problems.

My 4 year-old iphone's battery was not lasting long on a single charge. Replacing the battery made it perform like new--an amazing improvement. Replacement was easy. Dropped off at store and returned in a few hours to pick it up without issue.

The Geek Squad was awesome! They ran a diagnostic on my phone, let me know the issue immediately, and fixed it within the extremely reasonable time frame they offered. I would highly recommend taking advantage if your have an iPhone 6 or later and your battery is destroyed.

The Gentleman were very kind and prompt. They got my Granddaughters broken phone screen replaced while we waited, since we were from out of town .
