    My agent was great. The problem was my order got cancelled. I tried to call & you can’t get a person in the store so I had to make an appointment & had to wait when I got there & was told my order somehow had been cancelled. I had already payed, Agent had to make new order & I had to leave my phone for a couple of hours. Took 12 days altogether, was originally old it would be 2-3 days.

    I purchased a replacement battery for an iPhone 7 when Apple was running their discount on replacement batteries. The new battery has my phone running like new.

    Went in to replace my iPhone 6S battery. Geek Squad replaced it quickly and without issues. My phone has worked perfectly since I got the replacement 6 months ago.

    The agent replaced my iPhone battery and service my iPhone to make it work like new again. It works great again and I could not be more pleased.

    I took advantage of the iPhone battery replacement at BB and it couldn’t be easier. Made the appointment on the Apple website, set a time, and dropped off my phone. Less than 18 hours later it was ready to go. The only nuisance, and why I’m giving it 4 stars, is that you have to make another appointment on the Apple website to pick the phone back up. That came as a surprise and I should of been advised when I dropped it off.

    I'm rating my experience with Geek Squad at a 3 star ONLY because after 3 appointments, someone was finally able to complete our IPhone replacement transaction. The first 2 appointments were complete failures as there was a "glitch" in the system and they said they could not submit the paperwork. It took 3 appts, 3 trips, 2 different Best Buys and over a month before a someone figured out a way around the glitch. Not sure I'll use them in the future.

    I brought my iPhone 7 Plus to the local Geek Squad with a cracked screen and a diminished battery. The price for the genuine replacement Apple parts is quite reasonable, but the service itself was pricey. However, I had installed an off-brand screen onto my iPhone (cracked it previously a year before) and the tactile feedback never quite felt right. Kept sticking and missing inputs enough to annoy me, so I bit the bullet and paid full price for professional service. When I got it back, it immediately felt like the real thing again. Not cheap, but worth it!

    I made an appointment at Best Buy to have my battery replaced rather than being pressured into purchasing a new phone. Geek Squad does amazing work.

    The new battery for my iPhone 6 made it perform like new. Smoother operation and not having to charge it every night. It now lasts up to 3 days without recharging.

    Very poor customer service! There was only ONE associate at the service area to help multiple people. I had made an appointment, but waited nearly 1/2 hour to even be acknowledged and, even after that the associate was trying to guide another employee (obviously a new trainee) while helping me! Ridiculous! Then when I came back to pick up my phone, I was told that they had stripped one of the small screws on the phone and were not able to open the phone. I was told I needed to take the phone to a repair facility, have the stripped screw removed, and come back!!!! (I should add that we were experiencing a severe thunderstorm at this time)! However, I DID as instructed, returned with the phone and was told that I could pick up the phone the following day at about 5:30 pm! And I’m now being asked for a review???? Well you have it!!!

    My phone went for a battery replacement and it ended up not working after geek squad replaced it. Could not use it longer than 5 minutes. They said it was because when they opened the phone there was a loose cable and that in order to replace just the cable they would have to replace the whole screen that was perfectly fine and wanted to charge me another almost $400 to "fix" it. Ridiculous. My phone had no issues at all before it and I regret giving any money to them seeing that my phone came out unusable when I was just getting a battery replacement
