Pain-free easy iPhone service!

Upon inspection, they weren't able to replace the battery due to Apple's physical battery security mechanism breaking, so GeekSquad had to send out for a replacement phone (for just the price of the battery replacement!). It arrived within a couple days, faster than the expected 3-4 days. Worked as intended. It even comes with a renewed 12 month AppleCare+ warranty to boot! Very satisfied with how everything turned out.

Not so great anymore.

I tried to call & you can’t get a person in the store so I had to make an appointment & had to wait when I got there & was told my order somehow had been cancelled. I had already payed, Agent had to make new order & I had to leave my phone for a couple of hours. Took 12 days altogether, was originally old it would be 2-3 days.
