2 iPhone batteries replaced quickly

We had 2 separate appt. schedule but the lady agent didn't have an issue taking us both when we showed up. She patiently explained what needed to be done so we knew what to expect. She was thorough and methodical. We got our phones all fixed, cleaned and ready as promised.

Poor customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dropped my phone off and was told it would be ready by 4. I returned at 4 only to find the representative busy with a customer. After about 10 minutes waiting I approached her about my pickup and she responded with a rather curt answer that I should wait until she was done. I could hear people talking in the shop but nobody came out. I then approached the manager on duty and she went into the shop and came out with a tech who informed me that they could not complete the repair because they were not able to remove the security screws. As far as I’m concerned this experience is a complete failure of customer service. The only saving grace is that the manager was very courteous and apologetic. I guess I’ll have to take it to the Apple Store since your techs are not up to the simple task of removing screws.
