Repaired my phone and replaced my battery. My phone is working good now no problems.

The Geek Squad are truly an exceptional and caring team. They couldn't addressed my battery ordeal due to not having the product. So, they called the Apple Store and had them locate one and even set up an appt with no wait. It was a smooth transaction afterwards, Thank you Geek Squad!

I went to Best Buy as part of the Apple Agreement for battery replacement for certain iPhone models. The geek squad did a very professional job and returned it back to me very quickly.

They are really rude at front desk the guy with white skin browns hairs and specs , he was sooo rude and even he broke my tempered glass and he was still behaving very very rude ! I will never ever visit best buy in entire life and I already report this to APPLE LEADERSHIP TEAM

My 4 year-old iphone's battery was not lasting long on a single charge. Replacing the battery made it perform like new--an amazing improvement. Replacement was easy. Dropped off at store and returned in a few hours to pick it up without issue.

I went to best buy to have battery replacement. Next after the battery replacement I was having issues with my phone speaker & I came back to best buy only for them to say to take it to apple after battery replacement caused speaker issue. I learned my lesson to take my Apple products that I have to take it only to apple and not best buy. I came to best buy to ask for my money return. Not to mention when I arrived to best buy in advance I also reserved a time which took someone a while to come see me. In my opinion I think best buy should train there employees throughly so this situation does not happen to someone else.

Had geek squad repair phone. Repair ok but had trouble getting paperwork. Mistakes made they could not correct

The Geek Squad was awesome! They ran a diagnostic on my phone, let me know the issue immediately, and fixed it within the extremely reasonable time frame they offered. I would highly recommend taking advantage if your have an iPhone 6 or later and your battery is destroyed.

I took my I phone 6 in to the Geek Squad for a battery replacement and they did a very professional job.

The Geek Squad at the Fullerton store is excellent. They were very patient and answered all my questions. They were able to figure out the issue/problem and fix it within a couple of days. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Agent that did intake was alright. Gave my backup phone for them to call me on and they called on the phone being worked on. Constantly checked on the phone. Repeatedly giving my number of backup and no one had it and called on the phone they had for repair. SMH Things took too long to get done between best buy and Apple.

The Gentleman were very kind and prompt. They got my Granddaughters broken phone screen replaced while we waited, since we were from out of town .

Great service only concern was it was just a little pricey guys!

Brought in my iPhone after taking an appointment. The technician was able to complete the battery replacement within 2 hours. Being an Apple authorized outlet, I was confident of the quality of the work done. The cost was reasonable as well.

The geek gods did an amazing job as always, with the replacement. Great service, and fast too. The person associated was very courteous and highly knowledgeable - explained every details before and after pursing the work.

Everything was ran professionally. My appointment started on time, the technician was knowledgeable and friendly, I was made to be part of the process not just spoken down to,Laugh with my phone fully repaired.

Done quickly and didn’t damage anything else! However the new battery gets hot a lot so my phone heats up especially when charging. I’m slightly worried about the new battery.

From scheduling an appointment, to arrival, to the level of service provided...Geek Squad made sure I was completely taken care of before leaving. Thank you!
