Geek squad replaced the battery in my iPhone. They were super kind and very professional. I will be revisiting for an explanation as to why the battery replacement did not fix my issue of a quick dying batter.

The battery in my 5-year-old iPhone SE 2 had dropped to 79% of original capacity, and having to be charged up constantly just to get through a couple phone calls. I had the Geek Squad successfully replace the battery. The problem was, a few hours after I picked up the phone, the rear camera quit working and the front camera malfunctioned. I am no longer able to use this for mobile deposit banking. I made several phone calls about this only to be told no, as I had not purchased the phone there. Disappointing.

Prompt and seamless response when dropped off phone for battery replacement. Unfortunately, phone continues to have issues. Therefore, returning to understand why.

My son's phone needed a screen replacement, but his battery was also at 80% capacity, so we replaced the battery at the same time. The price for battery replacement seemed pretty reasonable and Geed Squad did a great job. The battery now shows 100% capacity and lasts a noticeably longer time than it did at 80% capacity.

Geek Squad representative was friendly and explained process thoroughly. Repair was done quickly and within the stated time frame.

Battery replacement was quicker than expected and did improve my phone’s performance. Unfortunately during the process, I had to get another screen protector due to my old one being damaged during the replacement.

The staff was clear in communicating with me the time, and delivered product within the 3 hours as promised.

The agent change the phone battery in 1 hour time.. and all is well. Everything works perfectly good right now and I feel like I am having a new iPhone

Jacob was a saving grace, so patient, and actually got my phone fixed lightening quick so that I would have it before I went on a 3 week vacation. They went above and beyond and gave me a lot of confidence that my money was being well spent!

When I wanted to replace the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus, I didn't want to have to travel an hour to the nearest Apple Store, when there was an authorized Apple service center in Best Buy about 10 or 15 minutes from me. So I made an appointment with them, went in at the appointed time, and in less than 1/2 hour walked out with my phone with a new battery installed. Great!
