    When I bought the device didn’t realize how important apple care was. Ended up paging $300 for a repair. They were some issue with finding my imei since by screen wasn’t working but other than that they were helpful

    Fixed screen, now no Face ID!

    After getting screen fixed, Face ID broken. Told to erase all settings and restore. I did. Then told I had to do it from a computer...well I drove 1.25 hours back to my house and did and still doesn’t work. Thanks Geek Squad!

    I was referred by apple to have my phone repaired for a frozen touchscreen. So first of all, I was help to get an appointment. But once there, it was chaos! People were waiting all over the place with too few employees. The paper waits wait time only was incredible. I was there with an appointment for almost 3 hours. The repair was fine. But the pick up again, just to pick up at the time I was given.. another 30-40 minutes. I’ll just go to the Apple store from now on even if it’s a day or 2 later for a reservation.

    Lost my phone it was not putback on by your staff

    I’m really really aggravated to the fact that you guys installed everything back to my phone but did not turn on find my phone and when I lost it I could not recover it If you weeks later my insurance does not cover lost phones so I’m out of

    Completed Iphone battery repair

    I didn't see many positive reviews for battery repair so I wasn't sure how this would turn out. Best Buy/Geek Squad was super helpful, and fixed the battery in my Iphone without any issues. It took about 2 hours. Phone is way better than it was. Also; if your phone bricks during the process they will see that it is replaced at their expense. They also answered some other questions I had about ethernet wiring. Overall a good experience and a service I will likely use again. Lastly I would recommend calling your store to make sure they have the battery or parts you need in stock so you don't waste a trip. At first you'll be sent to a call center, but you can get the extension for the store you intend to visit.

    Appointment failure

    Scheduled a appointment a week in advance for glass replacement arrived 30 minutes early one person ahead my turn came up and a agent greeted me I presented appointment paper with confirmation number agent not interested asked what I wanted done and explained the glass replacement the agent took the phone and ran a test to make sure all ok took about 15 min agent returned said phone is fine but does not have screen glass part,I stated that the serial no and the AppleCare plus was advised in the appointment agent states to bad now over a hour Is taken . I then left as I did not get the service requested I was planning a large tv purchase but left the store .The location is on Cleveland ave in Ft Myers and I will never go back or purchase the tv they’re not interested in return customers I know this will not go up higher to improve the geek squad appears appointment is just to get you in the store.

    Iphone screen replacement failed

    Made appointment 12:20 - 12:40 to replace my iphone screen. Got there by 12:10. The Geek Squad lady started running diagnostic on my phone and took about 20 min. After that, she was starring at the computer screen for about another 10 min. then brought out box. I thought it was for my new screen and when she scanned the box, it was for replacing the camera. I pointed out to her that is not what I needed and she said 'oh, sorry wrong one' and she went back inside. I waited about 30min. but she never came back out. I got frustrated so I just grabbed my phone and walked out of the store. Worst experience with Geek Squad. Geek Squad lady was very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Never using Geek Squad. Going over to Apple Store.

    The website advertised they repair AirPods. I wanted an hour drive only to be be told they don’t repair AirPods!
