My phone cracked not even 48 hrs after I got replaced without dropping or having anything happen to it. Can’t justify getting it fixed for another $300.

I had a cracked phone screen. Paid full price since I was out of warranty. Screen was replaced with a new screen but the color is still off when looking at pictures or taking photos. It’s weird. I went back to the store but geek squad made it seem like there was no issue. But I couldn’t convince them that it wasn’t right. So I just left. Never going back there. I was skeptical about using them even though they are authorized by Apple. Now I know for certain.

They fixed my screen and two days later my phone stopped working. Brought it into apple and they didn’t know why. They said perhaps something happened when they fixed the screen. I took it back to Best Buy and they said sorry. It our problem. Called corporate just to have no one call me back. 350$ down the drain and still had to buy a new phone. Terrible and wrong.

I went to get my screen fixed, and now all of a sudden less than a month its been, my screen doesn't work AT ALL. I will be going back.
