Bought this one as a gift as I have the two probe version. Gift recipient does really like this one. I think it really hits its stride with roasts. Thick steaks/chops are pretty good too. If you get into thinner cuts it is not as easy and will take some watching. It is not set it and forget if the meat is too thin.
