For traveling purposes, this is a very good scanner. Lightweight and easy to pack. The speed is average - I expected it to be a little faster. However, the software suite with it made up for that - the scanner software to edit docs after the scan is great and I found my scan to be very accurate. I'm not into using this other than quick invoice and PO scans in the field and to quickly go in and make edits - so any other complicated scanner features that may be "required" from scanners I wouldn't know anything about. Works good for me.

I bought this product for a business trip so I could scan documents quickly. Problem is that I couldn't use neither in my work computer nor in my personal because drivers could not be installed properly and there is no driver update released on IRISCAN website. I installed the drivers and softwares that come with the scanner and maximum I'd got (in two different computers, different operating systems) was either a full black document or a document with colored lines. What really disappointed me was that IRISCAN support service is very poor, took me 40 minutes on the phone to with somebody trying to sell me another type of scanner and in the end told me that there was no patch update that for the OSs I tried the scanner. Result: returned the product as soon as I get from the trip.

Great portable scanner, it can be easily moved and setup within seconds.
