It would constantly error due to oversudsing then it begain flooding my floor. I returned it and replaced it with a shark.

Not Good!

The cleaning is second to none but the new WiFi connectivity is Terrible. It’s always disconnected which means it doesn’t clean when it’s supposed to. We’ve tried rebooting and all the troubleshooting options without luck. If I tell it to clean manuallly it connects and takes off. Problem is it cleans the entire house…. When I send it home to reset it looses connectivity again. Lots of money to not function properly!

Best investment ever

I wanted a robot that could replace both my vacuum and mop robots. I had been resewrching this model for exactly that. I almost didnt putchase because of all of the negative reviews. Im glad i disnt let tye negative people sway my purchase. This was the best investment ever. I couldnt be happier.

However, after contacting the company via text, they stated they are sending me a new one out within the next 7-10 days. The rating could go up if the next works better. I can’t recommend something that I’m having issues with only after a couple weeks.
