This was my first Roomba. I love it since the first day, after two years of use, the charger stopped working, I took it to the customer service and hot my money back to upgrade to a newer model. I loved the warranty replacement plans, highly recommend to get one for each electronic that you buy. Good option for beginners.

This is our first Roomba and it is middle of the road price. So far, it works great. A little hard for it at Christmas time due to the tree skirt and some of the gifts getting in its way lol.

I have 2 large dogs that both shed and it does well at keeping floors free from hair. Gets suck under couch or kitchen table periodically, but well most of the time. Battery is great, but sometimes I do have trouble getting it to charge. It will light up saying it’s changing and I’ll come back hours later and it is still dead.

I bought the 614 and the 890 to compare. The 614 easily outperformed the 890. The 614 is great, no frills, & extremely solid. Save yourself the money, and try the 614 out before you spend too much $ on the higher models.

In love with my irobot. Cleansing is easier now. She collects all the dirt from the floor and makes the mapping process easier.

I bought this for my mom who is elderly and not into tech. However this is a good product for non tech savvy folks. Runs well and does its job well. But it does not dock by itself like it should. I may need to try pressing dock myself this weekend. Maybe mom not pressing correct button.

I'm pleased with this, especially at the price since newer models came out. I didn't see need for all the other bells and wistles the new ones have, Only thing I wish it had was a HEPA filters. Besides that is really cacuums way better than I thought and helps elliminate the need for daily quick vacuuming. It gets stuck occasionally on the weirdest places and sometimes gets lost trying to manuever around chairs and table.

I got the roomba for my mom as a gift. And all I know is that she has been wishing to have one but unfortunately haven’t used it yet because it is a Christmas gift.

Works well. No bells and whistles like other models but it does a great job. It’s nice to have the hard flooring vacuumed and dog hair picked up before I get home

I wasn't sure it would work. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. But it works great. Really surprising how much it will hold. Works on our laminate, tile, and carpet. Does NOT like the thin area rugs. Sometimes gets hung up... Same as our upright vacuum does tho.

Simple set up. Better than I thought. Great for getting under the beds clean of dust. First run and the container was full so it seems to work well.

It cleans well, but it keeps getting stuck under my kitchen cabinet for some reason. Also, this vacuum is supposed to be able to connect to my home Wi-Fi network and to work with Alexa, but I can’t figure out how to get those features operational.

I bought this due to the constant shedding from our dog and was having hard time keeping up. It gave us a helping hand and a cleaner home.

The 614 Model works fine. It is a base model with no wifi or App. Honestly, being able to start my vacuum or set a schedule from my phone is not a big deal to me. I do not think everything I own needs to connect to the internet. It is exactly like the 650 and 680 model you can get from other retailers except for one key difference: it does not have a schedule Button. This was not a "make or break" feature for me as it was a gift to my Dad. However, if you want to preset schedules you can get the 680 for the same price at another retailer.

614 is all you need no wi-fi or anything extra just push the clean button and then whoaalllaaa!!

I don't know how I've gotten by so long without my iRoomba vac, and purchased this one as a Christmas gift....so it is still in the box, wrapped and under the tree
