Not great for a complex floor plan
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried to replace a Neeto D5. This is NOT a mapping vacuum. It simply goes forward until it bumps into something and then changes directions. It provides no map at the end of cleaning so you don't know where it actually went. My main floor has a fairly complex plan with many twists and bends. Out of the 6 days I tried it, it never finished, can't find the base to dock, and ran out of battery so I had to pick it up and place on the base. However, the places it did go, it cleaned just fine. I am returning to get a true mapping robot.

Robot cleaning friend
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I goes all over the house, sometimes a strange path. Goes over rugs and hardwood. Always picks up dirt so that is good. Going to the home base is sometimes tricky. It work differently when I hook up to the App

Good entry level Romba
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will say it performs best on open floor plans. It has obstacle avoidance and does it well but when cleans under tables or chairs seem to spend some time before gets out. The vacuum robot it has a good suction and moves quickly through out the house. I like that i can pair it with my alexa device and actually works. The brushes are solid and they seem to go well over carpeted areas in my house. A good entry level robot that helps me keep the dust off my floors and other debris.

Should’ve bought this sooner
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For an entry level robotic vacuum this thing is amazing! The amount of stuff it finds is incredible although it does require a little maintenance. The first few days you may have to help it by getting the amount of long hair it finds off the roller (easy to do) but after that it should be able to maintain the house nicely. Only thing I wish is that the bin was a little larger so I wouldn’t have to empty as frequently but at least I know it’s working!

Good product, it pays back
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product, it pays back, a little random on the area cleaning, some areas get cleaned several times and some areas are left behind. My recommendation: use it for long periods of cleaning time, that way you have a better chance to clean everywhere. Is a little noisy, but the idea is that it will do the job while you are not home, isn't it?

Good VS for regulac cleanups.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The cleaner works now for more than a year without any issues. I did not need anything fancy, just make the room cleaner. It has problems with finding the charging station, sometimes just dies trying to find it. Another thing it will not replace vacum cleaner, it is just helper to keep area clean.

Effortless Cleaning Made Stylish
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the iRobot Roomba 694 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum in Charcoal Grey, and it has completely transformed my cleaning routine. This sleek and modern device not only adds a touch of style to my home but also takes the hassle out of keeping my floors spotless. The Wi-Fi connectivity feature is a game-changer, allowing me to control and schedule cleaning sessions conveniently from my smartphone. The user-friendly app provides real-time updates on the Roomba's progress, ensuring I always come home to impeccably clean floors. One of the standout features is the Roomba's intelligent navigation system, which effortlessly maneuvers around furniture and obstacles. It efficiently adapts to different floor surfaces and effectively captures dirt, dust, and pet hair with its powerful suction. The set-and-forget scheduling option has been a lifesaver, allowing me to customize cleaning times based on my preferences. Additionally, the edge-sweeping brush ensures that even those hard-to-reach corners are thoroughly cleaned. Maintenance is a breeze with the Roomba 694. The dustbin is easy to empty, and the filter replacement is a straightforward process. The battery life is impressive, providing extended cleaning sessions on a single charge. Overall, the iRobot Roomba 694 combines style with functionality, making it a must-have for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine. Its reliable performance and smart features have made me a devoted fan, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a convenient and effective robot vacuum.

The little vacuum that ... tries
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, my impression of the Roomba 694 Robot Vacuum is predominantly underwhelming. It is quite a bit louder than two other robot vacuums in our household (different brand). I used this robot on the main floor of a 2,600 square foot home with several different flooring types, a lot of furniture to navigate around, and a lot of pet hair. Pros: - Great app - Easy to set up - Easy to integrate with Alexa and Google Home - Easy to remove and empty waste bin - Outstanding navigability across hard floors, tile, wood. It is able to get itself out of a "jam" pretty effectively. Cons: - The lights that show battery status turn off after a few minutes so it's not clear what the charge level of the battery is without going in to the app; Alexa and Google do not seem to be able to tell you an accurate read of battery charge level - Returning to the base can take up to 15+ minutes after asking the robot to return to base (it just roams and roams) - Misses some areas of the floor - just skips right over Verdict: Overall, for this price point, the Roomba 694 Robot Vacuum certainly does a reasonably good job. It lacks suction power in comparison to other robotic vacuums but seems to get the majority of dirt and pet hair up. The 15+ minute 'return to home' docking station is very frustrating. For this price point, I would probably consider other options before committing to this model.

Good Value.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first robot cleaner. Bought it on offer for $149.99. At that price it was a done deal. It does clean pretty decent. Its noisy but is expected. Base for charging would be better if it has suction cups on it. Connecting to wi fi was a headache and sometime i need to reset and program it again. Overall its a good buy for starters.

Great vaccum
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We got it as a christmas present for my grandfather who has less than a 1200 square foot house. It works great! Hes not the most technologically gifted person, but he knows how to start it and let it go around the house. The app is very simple to use, and we are able to put the vacuum on a schedule! It does bang in to stuff a little aggressively, but it does not do any damage. Overall, a great product that does not break the bank!

This is a perfect machine for daily dog hair!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical at first because this one was on the low end pricewise BUT, it is literally perfect for everything I need. Picking up after the pet is a breeze because most of it is done by the robot. I sweep only occasionally now. And I love that I can program it to do its job when I’m not home. Actually has really good suction power as well.

Game changer
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Saves so much time from traditional vacuuming. Picks up really well and easy to set up. Use app to start vacuum while out. It’s noisy so best time to run it is when running errands or working.

Annoying but convenient
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very convenient. Cleans my 600 sqft apartment very well on a 3 times a week schedule. Loud and the constant bumping intos can be annoying. Have to remove wires and obstruct frequently stuck areas before every run. Gets stuck 1-2 times per run. Still, good value for money.

Works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using the iRobot Roomba 5 for a while now, and it has honestly made my life so much easier. I love how efficiently it navigates around furniture and reaches corners I usually miss when cleaning manually. The suction power is impressive for its size, and it does a great job picking up dust, pet hair, and crumbs from both hardwood floors and carpets.

Dumb, but it will eventually clean most floors
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 694 is the dumbest Roomba you can get, but I live in a one bedroom apartment and I got it on sale for a very good price, so it does the job for the most part. It will clean decently the apartment only by if left alone for a long time, is randomly goes around and has the tendency of going around too much in specific spots. I can "force" it to clean my bedroom or bathroom thoroughly by just closing the door. I have a cat and it surprisingly gets a lot of hair from the carpet, while not demolishing has water and food bowl (it massacred some toys, my fault entirely). Highly recommend clearing as much as possible the floors while running this robot vacuum. For me it's most useful in very busy days, when I can leave it running around while I do other chores. A full battery lasts a long time, I usually empty the container every 2-3 runs... but I also make sure to do a quick run or a deep vacuum every 4-5 days, so my floors never get really too dusty or hairy. You don't need the app to use it... I never installed, as I prefer to be at home when using it (cat reasons) and pushing a button is not that hard.

Really a great robot, but......
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cannot seem to schedule robot for 15 minute cleaning intervals. Robot cleans until battery dies without going to base to recharge. Will continue to try to fix this because I really like this unit reasonably priced and cleans excellent. If I can finally program it to my setting, I'll give it 5 stars.

Hit or miss
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cleans the floor well, sometimes. I got this to replace a cheaper Goovi branded robot vacuum and this has been an immediate downgrade. It's fairly loud, which isn't a deal breaker but out of the times I've used it, it has successfully docked and charged itself maybe 40% of the time. Other times it goes to the dock when done but will not charge. I have to remove it and place it back on the dock several times to get it to charge, and even then it seems to disconnect most of the time. I clean the vacuum after each use so I'm not sure what could be causing it. The actual cleaning power is fine, just a little inconvenient to try to use it the next time and it's dead because it never charged. Of course, your mileage may vary.

Buy a real vacuum cleaner
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical that a battery powered vacuum could get results similar to a regular corded vac. I was right. It picks up surface stuff fairly well but is no substitute for a real vacuum. Having said that, we do find it very useful for cleaning up pet hair. We leave it to run in a room when we are gone and the receptacle has a good amount of dist and hair in it. It keeps the carpet a little cleaner between vacuuming. The sweeping pattern is totally random and it tends to stay in one spot for a long time before moving on. When it encounters an obstacle it does an almost full turn and collides with the same object. If you leave it in one small room. block off the areas under dressers and such that it tends to get lodged under, it's handy enough. Our side sweeper brush motor burned out after four months and I read that it should be taken out and cleaned regularly. This is not mentioned in the instructions. For this much money you can buy a mid-range upright which I would recommend
