Could not live without Rocky (my grandson named it!). It picks up dirt & dog fur like you wouldn’t believe. Docked by itself, but now I have to help it a little, but what a tremendous help & joy!

I bought this for a dear friend and she loves it! I have this same model, too, and could not clean my house without it! What a back saver for me! Vacuuming with a regular vacuum causes me much pain, due to a degenerative disk in my back. "Rosie" gets the job done for me, and saves me many trips to the chiropractor!! :)

I have no cons on this unit it works well thru out my 2000. SQ FT house it is kind of hit and miss but it does pick up a lot of dust and pet hair, this is a great add on to the house when you are always on the go.

It moves along well, picks up really well, it does get a little lost at times and will go over the same areas at times but overall it does a good job and gets up all the dust bunnies and keeps the floors clean.

Works great on our ceramic tile floors ..gets in the grout lines too. However, if you set it up on a daily schedule.....make sure your dogs are pu up! Our dog had an accident (#2) on the floor while we were away. Unfortunately, roomba will run over and try to clean ANYTHING. We got home and guess what? Poo smeared EVERYWHERE. Took 3 hours to clean the floors and take apart the roomba and clean it too. Just FYI!

I love this product. It does what it's supposed to do. I use it in between cleaning. Most of the dust on the floor is sucked in. I mean its not as good as when you clean it yourself but it suffices.

Great floor vacuum that comes in handy for maintaining a clean floor. Very easy to clean up and mobilize. The only issue is that it does get tangled up alot with chords and tight corners.

Our house had to be completely remodeled after a flood. And we decided to go with 2000 square foot of tile in the entire house. Everyone questioned our decision because we have two dogs and three teenage kids that do not always clean feet when coming inside. This has been such a life savor to me! No more gritty feeling on bottom of our feet. We absolutely love it! If anything ever happens to it we will defiantly buy another one. ( we named our's Lola.and she cleans our house every morning promptly at 7am) highly recommend !

I hate to clean but love a clean house. I did research on robotic vacuums and decided on a roomba. I was even more excited when I saw I could get this model on sale. I love this guy. I have him programmed to vacuum everyday. I would have given him 5 stars but I recently bought a new rug with a few big black flowers in it and he is "afraid" of them. I looked it up and it's because of his cliff sensors. It's just a little annoying. But I wouldn't trade him for anything. He picks up big things (nerf darts) and little things such as lots of dust. I love that he cleans under my bed and sofa as well as my book shelves. Just a great product.

I love this vac! The only trouble is we just got a puppy for my toddler. Puppy doesn't hit the pee pad right every time. Roomba didn't know that the fresh puppy poop shouldn't be vacuumed. It spread the poop around a part of the living room before my wife caught it. Needless to say, we disassembled roomba to the point we could without breaking warranty...We were able to clean it all out with the exception of the poop that is behind the wheel hub! It's awful and can't be used. If anyone knows a solution, please help?

This was one of the best purchases I have made for my home. Roomba cleans incredibly well!! I feel like I have a cleaning lady! I walk barefoot after the session is up and I don't feel not one crumb or spec on the floor! I have young children that always leave crumbs so I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming but still wouldn't get all the crumbs like roomba! I do recommend picking up small toys prior to running roomba. Also, since my sofas are low I had to put lifts (aka my son's blocks) under the sofa in order for roomba to fit underneath. But without the lifts the machine would still clean we'll all around the sofa.

Works greats, have to move some furniture around slightly such as chairs under dinning table but that's it. We start it every night have clean floors in the morning ready to go.

I've had my Roomba for a year and it has been terrific. It's easy to use, a great time-saver and does an excellent job. I've recommended it to several friends.

I was very impressed. It Works better then I thought it would. It even picks up my Bulldog's hair. It makes me happy to get up every morning and see that my floors are clean.

The roomba 860 is a very good value for every day upkeep on your floors. It will easily handle most dust & dirt that accumulates from day to day. Seems to run quieter than the 770 model that this 860 replaced due to the 770 battery not holding a charge after 3 years. Does a better job moving from floor to carpet than the 770. Still runs in a haphazard pattern & not in a linear room by room pattern. For the price, it is a very good value to automate keeping your floors clean.

Roomba works great! Our house is two story with both carpet and hardwood on the main level. We also have two dogs, one who sheds like its his job. We got tired of carrying our upright vacuum up and down the stairs every few days. Now we just turn the Roomba on when we run errands every other day and let it pick up all the dog hair. We had to pick up a few "lighthouses" to keep it in the area's we need or the Roomba will get trapped in a room and not find its way back to the docking station. If we were to do anything different, we'd have gone with an upgraded version that you can program and map your house with online. It'll save you some hassle and money by not needing the "lighthouses."

It's easy to start using, does all it advertise the compartment where the dust goes in to would be better if it was bigger all and all it's a pretty good product

Cleans while you're gone! Love it. Great for dog hair too.

Our 860 roomba does a great job on wood floors, as well as, our thick carpet in the bedrooms. Only issue is the at times it gets stuck under furniture.

The 860 is good for flat, even surfaces. It does a good job with pet hair and I like that the wheels do not get jammed up with hair because of the double rollers. However, it seems to have a problem making the transition onto area rugs with a high pile and it will not clean the area rugs that have any black them. I should have returned it because it will not clean my area rugs, but have been told that's a problem with all of IRobot models.
