This has been hands down one of my best purchases ever. So easy and convenient to use.

Out performs our best efforts with an existing expensive vacuum clearer. Only minor issue was to raise the height of our coffee table by a half inch, to allow the Roomba to get under. It is remarkable all the dust an tiny things it collects. Only wish BestBuy would carry more of the accessories for the Roomba.

I have the Roomba in each room. Works well to clean up floor while you do other things. Helpful item to have.

Every time ROBO runs it picks up so much dirt I never knew was there, you can't see it but ROBO gets it

We have the 870 robot and works great. It picks up lots of dirt and pet hair. It does a great job, I have it set up to work everyday and does the job in 1 hour. A little high price for the piece of the equipment but at least works fine so far.

Great vacuum. Easy to use for both carpet and hard wood floors.

Vacuum all surfaces, takes long time , garbage container is small needs frequent emptying.

Only had for a few weeks. Set on timer to go everyday at 830 am some times it runs an hour and sometimes more. Dirt canister fills quickly(it's small). Isn't perfect but helps keep dust/dirt minimal.

This thing is the best thing in the world. I don't know how they got it to be so amazing but it is. Pet hair, girlfriend hair, dust it doesn't matter it keeps your floors amazing.

My wife and I were skeptical about how well these really work, well we were both pleasantly surprised. This unit works very well, cleans the hardwood floors very well and does a great job of getting pet hair. It has quiet operation and decent battery life.

Had the lower model break after 9 months.. Waited to buy another for few weeks.. Can definitely tell when u have one. Love this one w the rubber brushes bc it does catch the dog hair like the lower model did! Once u have one u won't go with out it!

Bought this expecting it to do an "okay" job and not to be perfect, however we have been impressed by how well it does. Battery seems to last for entire job, and product seems to be built well.

The Roomba 870 does a pretty good job, but our house is fairly large and it runs out of battery after about an hour. So, it can't cover the whole house before returning to the docking station. It does collect a lot of dirt, so I think it's doing a good job. The cool thing is that it gets into areas under beds and some furniture that would seldom get cleaned otherwise. So far, we have not used the timer feature. Instead we have been taking it and the docking station into a room and closing the door and letting it do its thing. That seems to be working for us. It's been teaching us to move some of the small furniture items and putting some of the cords out of the way so it doesn't get hung up. Over all, we're happy with the job it's doing. We would recommend it.

The 870 is terrific, it picks up so much dirt, I have been amazed at the effectiveness. Occasionally it misses a spot, but in general, after I have left it in a room and come in, I can definitely tell the room has that 'just vacuumed look".. I love it, never gonna vacuum again!
