My wife and I looked at some of the cheaper devices and reviews for them so I was skeptical at best but this unit has worked perfectly. We even named her "Ruby" the Roomba and talk about her as a part of the family doing her part to keep our carpets clean. We have a three story town home and we just move the base to the floor that needs to be cleaned and it does a great job! Don't go cheap or off-brand with these units. The more expensive ones are worth the extra money, IMO.

I love this vacuum. I am amazed at how much fine little pieces of dirt it picks up on my carpet and hardwood floors.

Love the Roomba!. Goes out on schedule and does its job. It is fascinating to watch it work, it seems randoms, but it manages to hit all the spots. It does well with bigger pieces as well as finer material. Every now and then it does go over a cord and stops until you clear it. It occasionally gets stuck under lower objects, all you need to do is pull it out, restart it and it goes right back to work and heads back to the dock when it is done. Overall we love it.

Love my new roomba robot. Does an awesome job since we have 2 shedding pets and lots of wood floors and tile.

It works best on hardwood, tile, short pile carpet. Navigates obstacles and does what it is supposed to do.

This is a must for a house. it runs very day and my floors are clean.

The wife wanted to get a Roomba so I did research online and felt this model was best. It hasn't disappointed and works great. The fact that it comes with 2 virtual walls made this more appealing than the 900 series. This comes with a basic remote and we didn't see the need for the phone app. This Roomba has the same brush system as the 900 series. Works great.

Recently purchased a new house and this product is greate at cleaning the carpet and wood floors.

This roomba is easy to clean every where in my house! Im saving my time with this product.

Good vacuum for all surfaces. Wish it had GPS or a camera to map the rooms it works on, but that just means more money. I feel it is worth it though because it will be able to complete jobs more quickly if it knows where it needs to go each time. Still enjoy having this robot and I use it everyday.

Cleans very well as long as I use the wall to stop from going to places that are not safe. I love it!

It works really well. It scuffs up the baseboards but overall it does a good job.

Compact vacuum, cleans well, but spends time going over the same areas many times.

I love this thing! I never knew how dirty my house was until this! We vacuum every weekend, but the Roomba seems to pick up the minuscule dirt particles. I am in awe what this thing pics up daily. My only gripe is that it is also super random in its pattern. It eventually get the job done, but watching it will drive you nuts! iRobot fixed in the next version up, but it's way too expansive.

This did a good job, though if you have a smaller house and furniture, this may not be for you. It just kept doing the same spots over and over. This would be good if you have large rooms and not much in them. I returned it since it defeated the purpose as I had to keep moving it to clean different spots.

The reviews were excellent from what I read on this however I find that it likes to stay in one area and not go into other rooms. Not sure if mine has a defect or if this is normal. It does pick up dog hair well though as others stated. I think the next one I buy will have the eye capability to scan the ceiling.

I can't tell you how much I LOVE my IROOMBA Robot Vacuum Cleaner! It is awesome! My floors have NEVER been cleaner...with no effort on my part - except to empty the bin on "Swiper" (the nickname I gave my IRoomba) after using it every other time. It docks itself, have timers set on it for Mon-Friday and a different time for the week-ends. It is money well spent. Should have bought this years ago!!!!

We bought the roomba with high hopes. We found it didn't create a pattern so moved all over the marked off area. And the battery didn't last long. We returned it.
