Works ok, kinda silly with being able to figure out where to go or getting stuck in certain areas. Gets stuck pretty often even when mapped out or can miss where to turn. Big open areas with nothing on the floor it'll clean ok.

Gets the job done. Its pretty quite. The only time its loud is when its self emptying.

Great with vacuuming, used one time to mop. Nothing beats doing the mopping yourself. Vacuuming is amazing.

This is an excellent vaccum for hard floors and wooden floors. It cleans very well and also it remembers the corners it has to get into to be able to clean well. It would charge and go back to complete the incomplete work. Good thing is it does not knock of anything

I bought mostly to pick up pet hair. It does a great job of picking the bulk, but it could do better for picking up dirt and debris in corners. it's also very loud when it self empties.

Received this for Christmas and it’s been worth every penny. With 3 dogs in the house, pet hair seems to be everywhere. We have both carpets and vinyl plank flooring. It easily cleans the kitchen and does a great job on the carpet. I have mapped out our living room and often send it to do a second sweep on the carpet just for extra cleaning. I’d definitely recommend this. It’s made my cleaning life so much easier!

I used this vacuum coming from a euphy robotic vac that while it was good, only lasted a bit over a year. This vacuum vacuumed well and handled thresholds good enough, but the reason I returned it was the little nub on top which I believe may be the lidar would get stuck under the kick plate of my cabinets. This happened 5 out of the 6 times I used it. I can not say as to the mopping feature as I never got that far. I ended up retiring this and purchasing the Shark Matrix which I have been happy with.

Works very good when it comes to vacuuming the rooms, but mopping the floors not so good very bad experience at cleaning the floors on the mopping part

More brawn then brain. This is a sub par robot. If you can setup your living space to accommodate this robot, then great. Otherwise, count on it getting stuck.

It does it's job on cleaning. But it takes awhile for it to figure out the landscape of the area being cleaned and makes the cleaning experience longer than what it should be for a human doing it. Also, the iRobot got confused and cannot figure out how to return to the board. Thus sending a message for help to the person in charge of the app. Needs more improvements as an AI cleaning agent.

My parents couldn’t get enough of it easy to set up and go does wonders

Still have not figured out all of the features of the machine. Very quiet wile cleaning, but loud when emptying. Only takes a few seconds to empty though.

I really love this vac it makes cleaning my floors so rasy i just scheduled it to clean 3 times a week it cleans carpet and floors one of things I really love about it is wont fall down the the steps what I hate is it keep stucking to my kitchen and bathroom rugs other than that its reallu a good buy
