One member of the family is a tech. He could not link it to Apple system so for me, not good

Mapping not very good. Suction not quite as strong as expected. Overall satisfaction.... too lazy to return it!!

Didnt not work up to the hype the make it out to be

Bought in December, stop working in February and I was no longer able to return it! $300 down the drain.

I retired this product. I already have a Shark and I felt that the Shark is a better product.

Bumps in 2 everything last tricked me with the insurance scam. Gave me parts warranty when I said replacement insurance

Constantly stopped instead of going to charging station. Did not pick up all dust. Very disappointed

This is personally my first robot vacuum, although I do already own iRobot’s robot mop, and I am in love with it. It is super easy to use, quiet, and easy to setup. With the automatic dirt disposal on this model you can run the vacuum several times before having to empty anything. This means it is less likely to fill up if you run it while you are away which is great. The only complaint I have is the fact that the disposal unit requires disposable bags that have to be replaced. I would prefer to just empty a canister rather than having to buy bags and create more trash. That being said the bags are easy to find and can be bought for a decent price depending on where you look. This is in my opinion an extremely useful and helpful vacuum that cleans very well. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is even remotely interested in a robotic vacuum and even those who are only contemplating purchasing one. It is a great investment that will greatly help you in your house.

Not good if you have a long hair dog it clogs every time it goes out on a run

Have only used the Roomba twice so far. It has done a good job. I don't think I could have set it up without help - my grandson did the set-up for me. The first time we just turned it on and let it go. Apparently it is doing some mapping so it knows where walls and furniture are - it goes around tapping into walls and anything else in the way. The next day he set it to just map without vacuuming - it moved a bit quicker and was learning where everything is so it knows where to stop and turn around. It seemed to be a little confused by table and chair legs as it kept going around them several times. It returns to the home base on its own and empties itself. The emptying process is quite noisy - sounds like a jet engine. After the floor plan was arranged in the app we set it to vacuum the living room and it took off and did just that room and went back to base and emptied. I think it is great that I can tell it to vacuum when I am not there and come home to clean floors. I purchased it on a great sale which makes it that much better.

Stopped working after 20days. Need to replace a part. Very disappointed with this.

This item did not work in my house. It was constantly stuck on area rugs and sliding glass door jams.

Totally useless vacuum. Don't buy this useless equipment.
