Just fantastic! The moble app has numerous progamable options and helped my son realize we were in complete control and it wouldn't come alive and eat him in his sleep! He named it Robo Bob and we love it! Does a great job on all surfaces and we could not be happier! Highly recommend!

Great product. Performs well. Efficient. The only problem is that it doesn’t come with an instruction manual so you need to go online to read the instructions.

The iRobot cleans VERY well but set-up was a real problem - requiring several calls to the helpline, etc. Cleaning = 5 stars. Setup= 2 1/2 stars We'll see how long it lasts as to quality!

Our first Roomba & we are very pleased with this purchase. It cleans well, is relatively quiet (a little loud when it’s emptying into the bin), and notifies you when you need to order replacement parts.

Four stars because it’s pretty loud. Works great otherwise.

I am very happy with the iRobot. I am impaired and unable to clean the carpet. My carpet looks and feels great. I have used it 3 times, and actually enjoy watching the Roomba do the work. That sounds silly but it is entertaining. I did research and very pleased with the product

This product has never worked properly from day one. The customer service has also not been very helpful either. I am extremely disappointed of the product considering the amount of money that we paid for. I haven’t even used it more than a handful times . every time I need to use it, it doesn’t work properly and I have to remap the house. The vacuum just tends to circle around itself all the time instead of vacuuming. It doesn’t clear the dirt nor the dust nor the debris. Eventually it’s gave up the other day with ‘error 34’. after I rebooted the vacuum as instructed by the customer support, the product stop working. I had to call them again and we went through all the troubleshooting steps, including unassembling the product, removing the battery and removing the brush and all with screwdrivers and it’s still didn’t work. They want me to ship it back to them now. And wait for two weeks for repair. This is a product that I haven’t even used more than a handful times within the past 10 months that I owned it. I wish we invested the money to buy a Dyson handheld vacuum, which would’ve done the job much better than this useless robot. Customer service tends to be helpful but they just give you the runaround and keep you on the phone for hours at a time making you open the whole device with screwdriver and all. I did not buy the product to be their repair person. This should’ve been their job not mine. Even though I was on the phone with them for an hour, the steps they gave me did not work, and they still refused to give me a replacement product. They still want me to send it to them and try to fix it. I’m completely disappointed and do not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and buy a dyson handheld vacuum instead.

A lot of manual cleaning maintenance of the Roomba i3 to remove animal hair from brush wheels and single wheel but is worth purchase overall.
