Great product!! Only thing is when we got new furniture it would always get stuck under there!

does pretty good for a robat vacuum havent set up the wireless yet but seems to do a good job, also seems to clean the same are several times.

Keeps getting stuck, took over 7 hours for mapping then run out of battery and lost all the progress made

love the robot just smacking into the wall its fun to see it just go bonk and go away

For awhile, this Roomba worked great. Found the dock on it's own; did scheduled cleanings in the right area, was easy to clean when clogged, etc. However, one day I guess the sensor didn't work properly and it fell down the stairs. It came on, but would no longer respond to commands and just got stuck in a perpetual reboot. It was about a month after warranty expired. After working with support, I was told "I am terribly sorry to inform you that the Roomba s9 is not repairable. Currently, we do not have repair options for broken Roomba s9, so the robot would have to be replaced." Seriously? This thing cost more than my first car and there's no way to every repair it? What a rip off.

This vacuum worked ok while it worked, but it held up very poorly. I kept getting an error message that the base unit was clogged, but there was no clog. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps and then eventually called iRobot for help. They told me that the base unit was not repairable, and the best they could do was to sell me a new one. After the “discount” they offered, I would have paid well over half the cost of the entire product just to replace the defective base unit. no thanks.

I have purchased several of these iRobots, the unit doesn’t get back on the charger without help. And the bag usually isn’t anywhere near full when it requires you replace it.

Great item. I would recommend to everyone. Its fun to see it work.

Works great overall. Love the self emptying part of this model.

Doesn’t work for us. First off, constant error messages and having to go through warranty process to get fixed. Second, look at the cost of replacement parts and filters - wow, expensive. Third, I spend more time moving everything out of the way (putting chairs on tables, small tables on other tables, plants, cords, etc) than I ever did just vacuuming the old-fashioned way. Huge hassle and now the roomba can never find its way home. Have to pick it up and replace on base. Maybe good for more minimalist households with fewer rugs and furnishings but for us just a headache. I would return if I could but probably will just give it away.

The convenience was the biggest factor in buying it. I didn't expect perfect cleaning but it does a good job.

I have had multiple Roomba vacuum's with Geek Squad protection because the vacuums have broken and had to be replace. The brushes or connection or both are the problem. This will be the last Roomba I buy as it now is starting to fail. I have done everything prompted by the app, but it still can't finish the job.

This vacuum is great. Never would have thought it would be as good as it is. Worth it for sure.

I love this unit. She is part of our family. We appropriately named her Rosie.

This one has issues with emptying itself like it should. When it does empty itself it is extremely loud.

At first I loved it! Scheduled it to run a couple days a week to pick up mainly dog hair on hardwood and tile floors. The parts don’t hold up. I’ve had to replace every part after only 18 months of owning. The error codes pop up every time and robot needs your assistance! I might as well just vacuum myself and be done with it. It’s also loud if you’re trying to wfh
