Customers consistently note the strong cleaning performance and ease of use of the Roomba s9+ and Braava jet m6 bundle, with many praising the combined vacuum and mopping capabilities. However, a significant number of users point to issues with the noise level, mapping inconsistencies, and occasional navigation problems. Some also mention concerns about battery life and the overall cost. Despite these drawbacks, many appreciate the convenience of the automated cleaning system.

I was hesitant to spend this much on something like this but I love when I’m getting dinner ready and vacuuming the living room at the same time. The vacuum works great and gets up everything it has come across so far. It does get hung up on our coffee table occasionally but I still highly recommend. Have mapped the house and love being able to just do one room at a time. Haven’t used the mop as much but what I have done has done a great job. Well worth the money.

My purchase was an upgrade from the 609 series and gotta say this one is so much better. I use it everyday single day to control the dog hair at my house. It works. My only complaint is about getting stuck in things. I have to be very careful with the things I leave on the floor. It doesn’t avoid them so things get stuck on it and if I’m not home then it doesn’t complete the job.

I likedbthe i7 model so much I upgraded to this and let my mom have the i7. Unfortunately, I didn't like this model as much as the i7. It is noisy and it kind of grips the carpet and skips over it. I don't think it would go anywhere on shaggy carpet. I will probably exchange this for the i7. I haven't even opened the mop yet. I also suspect this is a refurbished or open boxed one because my app showed two maps. I paid for new(on sale)

The robot vacuum is top of the line. I am very satisfied with how it works. I had to return the base because it stopped working after a week, but support sent out a new base immediately. It mapped my house and I can send it on jobs to clean specific rooms. I have some issues with the Braava Jet mop. It frequently gets confused where its at and does not map well. It also doesn't work well pairing with the Vacuum for jobs they way it is supposed to. I don't know if it is an internet connectivity issue or what, but the vacuum doesn't seem to have the same problem.

I ave not set up the mop yet. The vacuum took some time to set up, run it twice until i was able to get the map. I've used it 4 times, 3 out of the four the vacuum worked great, loved it! Only once I wasn't happy with the results but it was the one time I left it running over night with the lights off, so maybe it doesn't work well with out lights? not sure, will test again and update.

They deff fixed all the old glitches with this roomba and the mop is worth every penny. Love that you can change how deep it clean so it can move faster for a larger area. This was the best purchase because I was able to get both for such a good price and honestly cannot be more thankful for an extra set of hands. By the way I have two dogs with short hair and it cleans up their hair with no problem. Plus empties the dust been on its own I would literally by the site over and over if I had to and FORSNT LEAVE STREAKS

The iRobot Roomba s9+ does an amazing job at cleaning the floors. Easy to setup and get going. The vacuum is noisy, so cleaning is best when not in the room. A cool feature enables you to define the different rooms and set up a schedule to clean these rooms as needed. The mop is quiet and also does a great job.

Overall I am very pleased with my iRobot vacuum and Brava jet. It was somewhat challenging to get the Roomba to map the rooms correctly, but after doing some additional reading online and having it remap the entire house, it is working very well. I am happy with the Brava jet, only complaint there is that if you want to use anything other than water, you have to buy the iRobot proprietary solution. Would be nice to be able to use my regular floor cleaner solution.

The Roomba S9, a replacement for an older Roomba model that met an unfortunate demise from a meeting with cat waste, while this S9 version may also meet the same fate some day, there is another model that claims it avoids pet waste, but that model was sold out, so I bought this model which may one day meet the same fate, but I am very happy with the S9 so far, it has way more suction cleaning power then my older model had, the square front has a different side brush that doesn’t scatter cat litter like the old one, this one actually picks up way more litter and dust and debris because the rollers are longer and I love the automatic cleaning tower so I don’t have to empty it after each session. So far I have not had any issues and I highly recommend this model.

overall, I love this thing. It lost the fifth start because I have had some issues, but tech support has been really great. I'm in conversation with them again now. It does exactly what I want it to as does the mop. All tech issues have been with only the vacuum.

S9 Close to perfect! M6 terrible

To be honest, I had this for just under 60 days and it was one of the easiest to care for vacuums I’ve used. I absolutely love the S9 but the M6 is honestly just garbage.
The S9 is fantastic for dog hair and other long strands (threads from dog toys, long hair etc), empties itself, has decent mapping technology and resumes without charging the whole battery.
Now the downside of the S9 is that it doesn’t have object detection, so it really just slams into things all over the house, closes doors and locks itself in the bathroom lol, and sometimes loses itself in the house at night (no LiDAR).. but sure, this can be fixed by no go zones on sensitive furniture, innovation to keep the door open and nightlights around the house.
The M6 on the other hand, is complete garbage. It’s no wonder they bundle them together and had such a big “sale” because it is seriously that bad. It just doesn’t clean the floor like a mop should, it just sprays then slides over the area and drags all the dirt with it, no spinning, no vibrations, no scrubbing.
All in all, the S9 is almost perfect for long haired dog owners, perfect if your floors don’t have items on it (cords, socks etc) and especially good if you plan on running it during the day instead of middle of the night.
So if you’re gonna get this, GET THE S9 BY ITSELF!

I had better expectations for these products. Mapping of house gets better after a whole week; however, very often both, the mop and the vacuum, die whenever they run out of battery and they don’t return to charging station by themselves so you have to pick them up. Also, when they finish they don’t send you a detailed map of their daily work as other robots do (such as the Neato). They’re not as detailed as described by people.

Mop is great, you can see it has a great pattern and gets the job done pretty good. The vacuum is another story, it’s all over the place. It has no pattern on it vacuuming then it will keep going back and forth from one spot to another like it is confused. It’s has mapped rooms that do not exist, not sure how that happened. We’ve had it for over 4 months already and we have it in our kitchen, to this date it will still leave the dock and head straight to our kitchen table and work it’s way around the chairs legs, which takes at least 3-5 minutes instead of going around the table which would take seconds!!!! We have an Australian shepherd and it does do a great job on picking up his hair so that’s where the 2 stars comes from and that is the only reason we did not return it, we have just learned to live with the dumb vacuum lol.

Like these a lot better than older models. I had a previous version of the vaccuum did not have the mop, but having the ability to keep vaccuuming and not having to manually empty the vaccuum each time works great if you have pets and the vaccuum cant complete a whole job without needing to be emptied.
The mop works good however the cleaning tank is small and we often have to refill the tank. The solution that i haven't yet implemented is going to be to split up the tile into sections so that we can complete all of the areas. If you just start a job and don't refil the tank it will wait to be refilled and if you dont get to it fast enough it will cancel the whole job.
With these models there also is the feature to map your house and set areas as off limits so the robots won't go there, this is so much better than the virtual barrier towers you had to set up with previous models. You can also create jobs of certain high traffic areas to be cleaned more often and it won't go everywhere. This is also helpful for as I mentioned the problem of the mop not having enough cleaning juice.

They do the job quite nicely! The Brava Mop would be nice if the tank held more water or the charge lasted longer but other than that, amazing products, and if he layout is open, it's a must buy!

Super smart but poor mechanics

It’s hard to properly rate this. So I will break it down..
- Smart technology is greatly improved through the years. It takes a good 10 runs to dial the map in completely. It recognizes obstacles 100% better than first generation models. Plenty of controls with user interface. This thing is louder than any other machine they make. But that is what comes with more suction power. But you can dial it down a bit in the settings.
- mechanically however this thing is a bust. The sweeping paddles are terrible. My children's hair is enough to tear right through the paddles and after you cut the hair out. There is a grove that will catch more debris. If you have children and the leave a heir clip or a small piece of a toy, the paddles keep spinning and practically burn up or tear the paddles rendering them useless. The side sweeper is also poor quality. Nice looking design be the bristles just tear right off of they catch a throw rug or shoelaces.
Nothing beats their good old model 690. No smarts, bangs onto everything, have to clean out the bin twice to vaccine the whole floor. But solid!! I may be downgrading for the first time ever.

Have had a Roomba at our last two homes & it did a good job but the noise drove you out of the house. The new one does a really good job & you can almost sit in the same room that it is working in. Never had a mop before & I must say it did a good job, I was impressed. Glad I got them since I’m the one that used to do the mopping!

This is an outstanding pairs of products!! If you have pets (read Golden Retriever dog to be specific) like we do and have hardwood floor to boot you definitely need a Robot vacuum and mop combo. This product with its self emptying feature is a life saver. We have this programmed to run in the morning every day and it keep the house looking clean and neat inspite of heavily shedding pet in the house. The only flip side is the vacuum is pretty loud but as long as you run it while you are away at work you wont even notice it. Both of these gadgets do their job and they do it really well.
At first I purchased just the vacuum but then returned it and placed an order for the pair. Thanks to the return policy of Best Buy I was able to get the return done efficiently and replaced with the bundled pair.

Great vacuum that is actually pretty smart. I think the vacuum alone is worth the money. The smart mop is a nice bonus, but I don't know if I would have purchased it on its own. Since I bought the products, I did no vacuuming and there is no visible dust on any floor.
