Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the strong cleaning performance and ease of use of the Roomba s9+ and Braava jet m6 bundle, with many praising the combined vacuum and mopping capabilities. However, a significant number of users point to issues with the noise level, mapping inconsistencies, and occasional navigation problems. Some also mention concerns about battery life and the overall cost. Despite these drawbacks, many appreciate the convenience of the automated cleaning system.

    AMAZING DUO!

I was debating buying the Roomba for a really long time! I couldn't fathom spending over $400 on a vaccum and here I was spending $1500!!! But my girlfriend had the original one and swears by it. So... I figured I'd buy it and worst case scenario, I'd take it back. This vaccum is the greatest invention ever! I have 2 small labs that's shead A LOT and I hate walking around on our hardwood floors with shoes/socks, hence... I HATE crumbs on the bottom of my feet. I have a 3100 sq ft house; needless to say, it would take me HOURS every week to vaccum. But now... I set the roomba on whatever floor I want vaccum ed, press clean and BOOM I'm on to the next chore. The vaccum is amazing. And after the vaccum I run Braava Jet. The wet mop isn't as great as the vaccum but it'll do. The water tank is quite small which means you have to keep refilling it and because my hardwood and carpet flooring transitions almost seemlessly the wet mop always goes on the carpet. But other than that... This combo is amazing!

In the past it has taken me about an hour to vacuum the house and then another hour to mop the floor. My brother told me about this product and how much he and his girlfriend love it as it has changed their lives. I thought I would try it out so I bought this combo a few weeks ago and have used it the last two weekends. Wow! It cleans great and does a good job with the mopping. The vacuum will go over any floor dividers but the mop robot won't so I have to set it in a different room for it to mop, The robots need light and cannot perform their duties in the dark. Those two issues are not a deal breaker for me. The app is a nice bonus to check on its status and you can use the robots while you are at home or away. Now I can work or watch TV instead of vacuuming and mopping. Highly recommended.

Great product as always with iRobot. I was not a fan of the mop since it was leaving my floors sticky. I first did the recommended solution, but then tried to dilute it due to the sticky floors. I ended up just not using it at all.

I don't have to vacuum or mop manually - sold. But this is not entirely true. This set is probaby good for low traffic areas; but with children tracking in and out and dropping stuff on the floor, it is not great for deep cleaning, even on deep cleaning setting. So, I still need to follow up on "dirty" areas mannually were elbow grease must be used. Now, the idea of the set is great. One would hope that when I return home the floor would be clean after setting it to run while gone. Then there is the issue where something happens while you are gone. For example, they get caught on something that your child forgot to put up. So in the end, the floor is not cleaned. Also, for some reason, they miss entire sections of the pre-mapped floor. Sometimes this happens because they bumpt into something that was not originally mapped because it was moved an inch to the right or left. Also, I still find myself putting up chairs so that it can fit under the tables well.

I have two dogs and three cats. This thing handles pet hair far better than I expected and has really freed up a lot of my time. Sure, the cleaning is not quite as good as it would be if I really put some elbow grease into it myself every day, but this will save me from 95% of floor cleaning and that's better than I expected. The only issues I could see being a problem for some people are the noise and the length of time it takes got it to clean a few rooms. I'm TOTALLY willing to make that trade off. Noise wise, it's not as loud as a regular vacuum, but noticable. That might bother some people, but you can run it while you're at work. It takes over an hour and a half to clean barely more that 1,000 square feet and maybe 45 minutes for the brava jet. I personally don't mind that. All in all, this is going to save me so much time that is absolutely worth it.

Love the color with this bundle. Vacuum does an amazing job. I would like to see the mapping system improved as it looks nothing like the actual floor plan of the house. Overall would recommend.

The vacuum does an outstanding job. My Dyson has been sitting in the corner ever since. It is very loud and a little annoying when you are around, so good thing it can do its thing independently when I am doing something else. The mop is a big help but not 10% sure I am a fan yet.

Great for cleaning our hardwood floors. Not the fastest but gets the job done. Saves me having to worry about having to clean the floors. When i run this on my living room carpet, the batteries drain pretty quickly and it has to recharge before finishing.

First off, I want to have you mentally shake off the trepidation and "Sticker Shock" of the initial price when normally at $1500 but its an absolute STEAL! at $1049 (sans tax of course) so if its at $1049 stop reading NOW and go ahead and purchase a bundle, or two. Okay, so first off to clarify where I stand with iRobot, I was a heavy critic and very skeptical of their ability to produce a quality robotic vacuum/mop. You know, think back at the advent of this century back in the early 2000s when you saw that "classic" image of a circular P.O.S. model spinning stupidly in a Sharper Image or Brookstone store and just chuffing at the gullible folks too eager to separate their money from their wallets as these early precursors would be in the store slamming themselves (rather viciously I might add) at the wall... Fast forward now by 2-Decades and wow! Am I just IMPRESSED! As with all technology, there is that obvious trickle-down effect of eventually a top-tier or flagship feature-offering makes its way down to the masses. So with that said, just wow, there are a TON of features and exclusive must-haves only found with this specific bundle. Exclusives not found anywhere else: -(iRobot Direct, otherwise) Black-aesthetic color Braava m6 -matching Roomba s9+ in the same Black-aesthetic as the m6 -package pricing for $1049 so basically 2 for "a band" -BestBuy TotalTech support 2-year protection plan (boo-ya!) -Flagship Models for both Vacuum & Mop Possible Points of Hesitation (Cons): -If you have to think about how to spend $1049 (prior to a 12-month payment plan, if you forgo points) then go grab a Shark -Braava m6 in Black is actually the way to go since the White m6 displays its "battle-scars" from wall contact (unavoidable over time) but some people love White color aesthetic *shrugs* Basically I'll break this down from an economic perspective of opportunity-cost. There are 365-days a year, your time is Money, or rather EVERYONE's time is as valuable as anyone else's regardless. Okay so I'll use my state as an example for tax, its $1100 after tax for this bundle, divided by 365-days, is literally $3 every day for a YEAR of use. Obviously I would expect one might or should intend to keep this bundle vacuum & mop set for year, so if you value your time and understand that Federal minimum wage is at $7.25 (as of 2021/2) then that means literally the equivalent of 30-minutes of manually cleaning your floor surfaces yourself if it indeed only took 30-minutes... As I conclude this lengthy review, I will state the obvious for those curious about the s9 and m6 and their respective cleaning proficiencies. Both. Are. Thorough. Very. Thorough. (tested on Hardwood and Tiled surface in my 1600 sq. ft. home) The user is able to tweak and otherwise adjust cleaning preferences from "Light" to "Heavy" and have a very, very, very accurate Smart floorplan to customize after mapping your home (maps are not shared to iRobot or affiliates, and your password/account is protected by top-notch security). Their low-profiles over the horrendous competition models *cough, Eye, search robot Eye...* and you'll understand as one prominent example to say the least. So in conclusion, please, just buy this and spend time with your loved ones or your furry friends instead of vacuuming and mopping for an hour each day to accomplish the same task that can otherwise by automated. Thanks for reading!

Consumer recommended this model so I bought it. I was surprised to find out it also included a jet m6 Robot Mop bundle. I was further surprised to find out the mop had its own charging station. I have no need, room or accessible electrical outlets to accommodate this second charging station. I tried to return the Robot Mop, but was told I would have to return everything and then purchase just the vacuum. We never even opened the box that the mop came in. I didn't want to return everything because the Geek squad set everything up and we had already used the vacuum which I love. Also, there was so much confusion with delivery (almost a month after purchase) I didn't want to go through all that again. So now i'm stuck with an unopened robot mop. I wish I had asked what it included.

Wow! I’ve had this combination bundle for two weeks now. These things are amazing. My floors haven’t looked better. Both the vacuum and mop are smart enough to get around obstacles, other chairs, and a tight places and clean. I typically will run the vacuum First. Then mop. In fact, if I schedule the vacuum my Apple ask me if I want to mop afterwards. I run these while I’m at work. With the smart mapping technology, I can clean individual rooms such as the kitchen. Almost perfect. Both The mop and vacuum use smart mapping technology to map your floor plan. However, they each have their own map. Meaning that you have to run mapping runs for each individual device. In other words, the mop will not use the same smart map that the vacuum built. I would’ve assumed that they could use each other‘s maps but each uses its own.

Mapping with Braava Jet m6 is an issue. I need to delete map over an over again. Still pending my final map. I got software update looks now is a little better. I have some some black mats sensors doesn't work on that area. I figure this out after some reading.

Works better than I anticipated. The vacuum is not nearly as powerful as our Dyson, but it is convenient and seems to do an adequate job of vacuuming. We have learned to block certain areas where the vacuum gets stuck. The worst part is that we have to protect against electrical cords and rug fringes getting stuck in the vacuum's roller. The mopping unit is also very convenient, especially for just doing one room like a kitchen or bathroom. I am always amazed as how the units find their own way back to their docking stations.

The iRobot team works very well. The only down side would be the long double runs for mapping the household layout. I recommend purchasing the team if you have multiple floor surfaces. We sweep everything first and send out the mop to the tile floor after. We love being able to select which room to clean and when, Great for a busy house!

It cleans & mops ok. My issue is it takes more time than if we just swept & mopped the old fashioned way. We move several things each time like rugs that the vacuum would get caught on. It struggles to find its way out from under items with legs on the floor like stands & chairs. It keeps retracing where it’s been-it doesn’t efficiently follow its map. It had trouble returning home then support told us the vacuum & mop couldn’t be close together (not mentioned in instructions). I didn’t want two separate home bases. Too much money for the benefits we see.

I bought this set over a year ago. It is my first irobot roomba I ever owned. The set came with the jet mopping. This is the best money I have ever spent. I put it to vacuum everyday. All my room’s rugs still look amazing. I have not picked up a vacuum or a mop since I bought this. I put my jet mop on my tiled areas. Like the kitchen. It leaves my kitchen floors super clean. I let it do the areas about 3 times to make sure it sparkling clean. I put it in my bathroom which is tiled as well. Picks up all the dirt and hairs as it mops. I have the reusable mopping mat. Just put a little soap & run it under the water. It comes out clean again. Ready for the next time I put it to mop. Amazing!!!genius idea! Thank you irobot.

The roomba is able to keep our floors clean. With 3 dogs there is dog hair everywhere and it’s nice to be able to tell it to vacuum even when we aren’t home and can come home to a clean floor. The mop feature is great for basic cleaning.
