I bought the set during the christmas sale, however if I could go back in time I would've only bought the vacuum, I have ceramic tiles and the braava just doesn't cut it. It seems to leave dirty little spots. I think it could be the solution since you are supposed to only use their soap. The roomba also has a death wish. It continually flies off the step. I haven't drawn the map yet but I thought it had sensors for this. I have thick carpet and 3 dogs, a tough job for any machine. The roomba does a decent job but the edge of the carpet the meets the walls are never clean.

The vacuum is great. The mop is kind of meh. It didn't do nearly as good a job mapping the house as the vacuum. Would highly recommend the vacuum stand alone and not worry about the mop bundle.

In retrospect I view this purchase as a mistake - purchased as a bundle, the vacuum works as advertised as a premium device...while the mop's performance (Purchased at near $300 off) is utter disappointment and not worth the discounted price. There is no discernable difference during or after the mop has done its task. Advise to the reader: The S9+ has a credible argument as the best vacuum currently available (see current/past reviews available online). Purchase as a stand alone. Concerning the Braava Jet: Learn from my experience, Roomba's mop earns its reputation (also online) as less than mediocre.

Love it but wish it was a little quieter. My map keep disappearing that makes me unhappy

My new bestfriend. Vacuums for me whereever i want then mops after. My house is always clean and everytime i have people in the house, i dont have to worry about cleaning bec my roomba is there.

Works amazingly well on both hardwood, low pile carpets and tile. Better suction than my $$$ Miele. Easy to create the map and then schedule individual rooms. Very easy to set up schedules. Love that the rollers are soft not bristles. My hardwood floors shine with just a vacuum. Really gets against the baseboards. Chair, table and sofa legs are no problem for it. Love the Braava mop bot. My tile floors are spotless now between the S9 vacuum and the Braava. Always clean floors are no longer a dream.

We were going to get just the Roomba last year and thought it would be too much trouble to move everything. Then we say them both in action at our son's house. It's such a great team. We have dogs and they bring in all sorts of hair, dirt and other lovely things into the house. We sort of got used to a slight filth around all the time. Now we use this 2 times between the cleaners coming and our floors are always clean! It also really is helping with our allergies! I highly recommend it. It's a nice step up in quality of life.

Works great around the house, loud to run so we only run when we are at work using the app. Make sure you have everything picked up off the floor otherwise it will tangle and send the machine home .

Bought this when it was on deal, and love them. They occasionally gives me problems with them getting stuck or having them cleaned. Overall super good

The S9+ is amazing. It is loud but sounds like a regular vacuum operating ao not bad. Not sure how quiet people wxpect a vacuum to be. The pickup power is great and does a good job of mapping the house and picking up small items. The mop is a geeat addition and i feel it is better separated from the vacuum. Both do a great job and have not gotten stuck anywhere

Love the idea of these!!! The vacuum will not operate without a weight on top to get it started each time. Otherwise works well. I don’t want to return it and have to start the mapping process all over again!!! That takes quite some time to establish.

The vacuum is wonderful. It does a fantastic job after the initial mapping is over with. However the mop although it does cover well, it just doesn’t do anything except streak the floors.

The vaccum works great and definitely better than the lower models. The mop is just okay. It helps light cleaning, but definitely not scrubbing those floors by any means.

The accessaries are expensive and The vaccum stops working every 6-10 months. I have got replacement couple of times. every replacement with iRobot, it took me time for calls. I also purchased care plan from best buy. what can I say , feel like buy stocks with dividend paid by replacement once a year. the root mop works very well except the lid broke after 10 months but overall is good.

Wow! I've been researching/waiting for a sale of a roomba for quite some time. The sale that finally had me pull the trigger was the bundle sale that was pretty much buy the s9 get the mop for free :) I've let scruffy (vacuum) go! I do prep the floors before i send him off on his adventures (pick up cords, socks, laundry baskets, etc)! On the 1st run he did wedge himself under the couch BUT in his defense that was human error as I didnt heed the 4ft of clearance needed for the dock to work correctly. After the 1st run I moved the dock down the wall a bit so it met the criteria of 4 foot pathway to the dock. 2nd run worked like a charm! At one point he got super quiet & I got worried. I found him in the bedroom under the bed cleaning his little robo-heart out! He even pushed a sock out from under the bed. I got paranoid & checked the bin (to see if he vacuumed one up) but nope just tons of dust/dirt/long lost hair ties. I've only completed 2 cleanings so far. The vacuum seems to run for about an hour then dock/empty itself charge, then pick up where he left off. I have taken the mop (WashBucket) out of the box & let it charge. I haven't mopped with it yet. I did grab the washable pads as well as a box of wet pads. I don't plan to sweep much since i have the vacuum. We currently live in an apartment that tbh I didn't vacuum as much as i should because lugging out the dyson for the amount of vacuuming we need was kinda lame. Now i can have scruffy do it everyday if I need it :)

I used to think the idea of a robot vacuum was pretty stupid. I was wrong. Game changer. Have two dogs who shed everywhere. Got the S9+ Now there’s no dog hair on my main floor where it lives. Upstairs where the roomba isn’t? Tons. Can’t believe how well it works. And the mop? It actually mops. It’s not as much of an impact as the vacuum but my wife likes to bake and flour falls and now we set it at night and we wake up to clean floors. Huge fan. If you’re on the fence, just do it.

It simple and easy to set up and operate. The quality of the work is better than expected and maintenance is easy. Would recommend both the vac and mop comb

very helpful robot. does bump into walls and scrape edges of doors and door moldings on the floor that split rooms. some loud alerts can be annoying and dont go away until you fix the issue. definitely a lot of improvements can be made

Individually great, not a good combo. The Roomba really does an amazing job. It's mapping ability is great and it definitely pick up the dirt. I have an Australian Shepherd and her hair was a nightmare but it does get tangled in the brushes at all. I do occasionally have to empty the bin because there's just too much hair but that's not a big deal. I have no carpet so can't tell ya much there. The mop, it was a waste. A swiffer jet does a better job. Cannot go over the smallest threshold. All it does it spray a little and then back up over it. No scrubbing ability. Does not share the same map as the roomba.. just a huge disappointment.
