If you have a dog, you need this Roomba. This comes in as a set. I have to admit that the vacuum is much more useful than the mopping robot. I run the vacuum on a schedule twice a day and it works great. Since the vacuum empties itself, there is really nothing for you to do other than do a few mapping runs when you first buy it and then let it do the rest. The mop robot needs to be refilled with water and cleaning solution every 2-4 days depends on how often you run it. It works well, but I would not say it is necessary.

I bought this combo for my downstairs and its a really nice combo it vacuums and then it mops my tile area nice

The s9+ has been great! I love the smart mapping and other functionality within the smart roomba app. I did have some mapping issues with the m6 mop. The sensors in the m6 could not handle the sloped transition between two rooms. I ended up deleting the m6 map and then importing the s9+ map and that resolved my issues. After a few days of dialing them in, both devices have been great. I use this on multiple floors and in the bonus room above my shop, which is a seperate building.

I love the way this set looks and how it matches. The mop worked wonderfully, but the S9 I received was a dud. After a few minutes of mapping or vacuuming, it would give error 31 (communication error) with a red light ring, or error 21 (navigation error). I rebooted it several times like the app suggested, to no avail. I even factory reset it with no luck. iRobot customer care apparently didn't plan ahead to keep any warranty replacements in stock, as I was told my S9 needed to be replaced, but a replacement was several weeks out. iRobot needs to get their stuff together. I ended up just exchanging mine for one of the many bestbuy had in stock. One other major gripe I have is the dustbin design. The spot where the sensor reads how full it is tends to get stuck dirt, tricking the sensor into thinking the bin is full even if it's been emptied. It's also very difficult to get to that spot to clean it.. I had to use a qtip to clear the dirt. I know I'm not the only one to experience errors with this vacuum. I don't understand why this vacuum has been out for at least a year now and there are still seemingly widespread issues. Especially when they are asking for such a high premium. iRobot, get your quality control in check. With how much money you guys ask for your products, there's no excuse to have sub par quality control. It's not a premium experience to have to deal with such a rigmarole with warranty only to find out you guys don't have any replacements to cover warranty issues. This is ridiculous.

Took a while for it to really map the house... and the Braava wet mope has a very difficult time getting over transition moldings

I love how it maps out my entire downstairs. It empties itself. It knows when it's on carpet or not and isn't extra noisy like my older roomba. I haven't even tried the mop yet but the roomba alone was worth the purchase, I do not regret it at all. You get what you pay for and this thing is worth it's weight in gold. Roomba knocked it out of the park with the S9+!

I like this product. The iRobot Roomba s9 is somewhat noisy, but effective. I really like the Braava jet m6. They both save me so much cleaning time and effort.

I LOVE MY ROOMBA'S! How did I get along with out them before? Easy to use, well built (with one exception below). Why 4 stars? 2 issues. ONE -The rollers are the only design flaw. They are soft and get torn up easy. Mine did in about 2 weeks. Currently, you can't find OEM rollers. Even though iRobot. TWO-IRobot likes their Roomba supplies, they are expensive. The rollers mentioned, are $35-$45.

The roomba vac is amazing. Less impressed by the Braava. Still cool though. As good as a swiffer pretty much. Very satisfying to not have to clean this up.

the s9+ works very well the m6 does not returning the bundle and just getting the s9+ tomorrow the m6 is always having docking trouble or getting stuck some place

I ordered this for my wife to help her keep the house cleaner. We both work and are tired when we get home. We try to enjoy our weekends off and relax. Who has the time to perform the cleaning chores? Thus, I purchased this combo to help with the mopping too. It keeps our house cleaner and the hepa vacuum filter helps with our allergies. Mapping my house took several runs to develop so have patience. I also took advantage of the $450 discounted price too. I highly recommend. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Enjoy.

Love the roomba s9+ & braava jet combo with the mathing color way is a plus. also like the fact that they both learn the map of your house together. also this sets coms with replacement parts and extra pads and filters for both.only down side is when the vacuum is emptying itself its pretty loud

The design is good and works efficiently. It doesn't have a loud noise than I thought. I'm glad to have one for my house and recommend this product to everyone.

Both of these robots work well. The Roomba has no problems going around the entire downstairs but the Bravo jet can’t make it over the threshold from our kitchen to family room.

It’s started out really great. The vacuum has an error code 31, 2 weeks after getting it. Called customer service and they are sending a replacement but it will be 2-3 weeks until it arrives.

Vacuum is outdated and needs major updates to remain competitive in todays market. While it does a good job cleaning it does a terrible job navigating the space. To accomplish vacuuming of one floor takes nearly 4 hours (including charging time) often gets lost and does not have any object avoidence. IRobot/Roomba is way behind competitor offerings such as RoboRock.

This was very beautiful I love the mop and vacuum, but it was to much work on starting it up every 20 minutes ,plus it kept on getting stuck

Glad i finally pulled the trigger. I’ve been watching these for a while and waiting for one that has good reviews. Was worried about my tall rugs/ not shag but thick. Also worried about my thick carpet in the bedrooms. This vacuum handles it all without issue. The mops has trouble making it over the transition strip between my laminate hallway and porcelain kitchen but the vacuum is unstoppable. Very glad i got this set and didnt cheap out

Good , have older version upstairs and wanted to have the setup in 1st floor - lil noisy but do the job

I love this. I separate my home rooms in halves, and switch furniture around. This way it does it fast. It also does it with chairs in place. I first vacuum then mop it. I have also created special areas, like around breakfast table or close to kitchen counter. Works well. I have pets and it cleans the place well. Surprisingly had to change the collector bag only several months after put to the use.
