The mount is definitely cheaply made. The plastic is weak and you can't really adjust it easily. Changing from a landscape to portrait orientation is not easily accomplished and the iPad with a Garmin case doesn't work at all with it.

This device is pretty useless, It is not worth buying. I would recommend looking for something on Amazon.

we bought this so our kids could watch the iPad in the car hands free. The iPad is to heavy and weighs the arm down so you can't see the screen. It would probably be better if it didn't have an adjustable arm.

This clunky and VERY loud when you take the device out.

It states that the product fits up to a 10.2" tablet. I have a Galaxy note 10.1 and it did not fit.

I had this product for a year. It is built entirely out of plastic. Within a month, positions would not stay in place. We had to resort installing upside down so that it's most sagging position would keep the tablet facing straight. The headrest clamps start cracking open quite easily, especially if you have a toddler poking the screen with a little bit of force. We managed through everything until the rotating piece finally broke when it fell out when I hit a pot hole... It is a great design, but if they made the headrest clamps and the mechanism pieces that hold the adjustments in place out of better material, this item would be an A+. I challenge anyone who gave this 5 stars to re-rate it after they had it for a few months and I am positive that they will bring their ratings down.

Poor quality all around. Cheap plastics and not worth a penny.

The idea of this headrest mount is good, with everything being universal and adjustable but it is made of the cheapest plastic. Used it one time and it broke, I dont even know how it happened.
