Listen, if you're looking at this title, you know what it is and who Val Lewton is and you're already in anyway. The long and short is it looks and sounds amazing- miles beyond the old dvd- and anyone in to classic horror will cherish it.

Val Lewton produced only a handful of films. But the horror films he did in the 1940s and 1950s are all haunting and gorgeous.
This one Is shockingly timely, and features a solid performance from Boris Karloff. While not my favorite Lewton film, it’s still worth adding to your collection if you like classic, moody horror.
