Sort an impulse purchase, but this alarm system was super easy to set up. The app works well on iOS (even has a Watch app) and the system has just the right amount of customization

This alarm works great and was easy to set up. I was tired of paying a monthly fee and felt this was a great solution and provides the level of security I was hoping for.

The alarm system is easy to set up, for me also its easy to use since you don't have to be pushing many buttons, and also the price for the bundle save me a lot of money

This inexpensive alarm system is easy to install and to use. It covers all of the basic alarm system needs, not to mention, free monitoring. The system lets you know when a sensor is triggered via phone call and/or text message. Well worth the money.

Nice design, sensors have been working without any problems, the remote control however died within a week the best way to control the system is trough the app but it is a bit slow and sometimes it fails to connect so I have to restart the app, the built-in siren is not very loud , the alerts are fast and very reliable however it seems that they go through their servers which I don't like I would prefer they whent straight from the system to my cellphone instead of relying on them, I love the ability to expand the system the only sensors they don't have are the glass sensor for the windows.

I love this purchase, everything is self contained via the brain of the system which communicates via the WiFi network. It took me about 30 minutes to setup the sensors and the camera.

So far it works perfectly. The only problem that we encounter is that the sensors have to be placed on the same level. If one sticks out, the system will think that the door or window is open. Easy to monitor from the cellphone and the notifications arrive almost immediately. The alarm went off by mistake, and boy is it loud! I love that!

Easy to set up and iPhone app is easy to use. Now just waiting to purchase add on products like temperature and water leak sensors expected out in 2016! Customer service direct from ismartalarm was very good.

Nice security system great thoughts put into it, but it has its flaws and vulnerabilities. Without internet or power is useless, no backup battery and no sim card for network. Add an attachment or remake the system with those in mind and your system is the best. Without that I smart is not the best DIY security system... I still like the system and thought put behind it. But as I said, rework and fix the vulnerabilities.

We have satellite internet service vs high speed so we have had some small connection problems. Not the fault of the alarm system though. I think with reliable internet it would be great!! Overall it works well and brings peace of mind.

I purchased the iSmartAlarm primarily due to the ability to expand the system with sensors, devices, cameras and integration with home automation services and devices such as Alexa, IFTTT, etc. The system is very easy to set up, intuitive, fast, iOS app works well, configurable, and upgradable. I've added a Spot camera and glad to learn how it integrates with the Cube controller but also works independently as an IP Camera. I have integrated my system with Alexa and IFTTT and will add the upcoming iCamera KEEP Pro and the wall Keypad. After cancelling my previous monitored alarm system, I do miss the peace of mind of having my home alarm monitored, so I wish iSmartAlarm would offer a no-contract monitoring service option.

I got this alarm after my house was broken into and I was robbed. The alarm is super easy to set up and control on your smart phone. You are even able to label each sensor with the location so when you monitor it you can see exactly which window/door is opened. If the alarm is triggered you get a text, email and phone call notifying you which sensor was triggered so you can then contact authorities if needed. I ended up purchasing two additional contact sensors as well, simply because after being robbed I wanted as much security to put my mind at ease. I had read reviews that it was difficult to add sensors but I had no problems at all. System works great and is definitely helpful in adding peace of mind.

I installed the iSmartAlarm system in about 15 mins. I did have a couple of issues with the motion sensor and the keychain device - as they wouldn't connect or disconnected after first install. But customer service was fast to address the issue, and it was as easy as taking out the battery to reset the device and re-connecting it to the cube. My only drawback is that they do not have yard sign readily available at any retailer. you have to order online and wait for it to ship.

Easy setup and gives piece of mind. Although it doesn't alert the authorities when an alarm is triggered it sure as he!! will scare the heck out of whom ever sets it off!

The range of the view is wide and the picture quality is good also at night. Easy and quick installation. This camera is compatible with other iSmartAlarm products.

The only issue I have with this product is the camera that can be purchased additionally; it doesn't record and save video when it's supposed to. Aside from that, I love being able to check up on my dog when I'm away and see what she's up to. Also, the sensors are great! I love how I get instant alerts sent to my phone when a door or window is opened.

This system was very easy to install and assemble. Adding additional items makes it very customizable for any home.

Alarm system installation was seamless, easy and quick to set up. Love that I don't have to pay monthly fees for an alarm system. When it's triggered, I along with other members get immediately notified via text/phone. I also love how I can use an app on my iPhone to arm/disarm the system anywhere and anytime. I just wish it came with more sensors.
