A little different than the original and not quite as many long drawn out parts. More special effects than the original and just a little too much bloody grossness that could have been left out. Over all a good movie.

Awesome movie . Recommend picking up the second along with this one for the best experience.

The is one of the best remakes of a movie that I've seen. Great casting and great special effects! The 4k version is flawless.

Saw this movie when it first came out in the theaters and it was great, decided to get it for Blu-ray and I do not regret it.

Great movie, it has the essence from the book while keeping it current (even tho it’s set in the 80’s). If you watched the TV movie and are expecting the same you will be disappointed. This is true horror

Saw this in theaters and knew I had to have it on blu-ray. Picking it up in 4k to watch on my new 4k player was a bonus!

As much as I loved the original, this one is absolutely the best. First movie to ever actually creep and freak me out
