Terrific film. Word to the wise though, if you're not into everything not being fully explained, then this isn't for you.

The willingness to violate all sense of decorum in the name of security in the time of calamity will determine who survives.

Before I saw this movie, the internet had dissuaded me from seeing it as they were calling it horrible. I'm so glad I didn't follow their line of perception because I loved this movie. It's definitely not a straight up horror movie but it has it's moments of intenseness and uneasiness that some may appropriate to horror. Definitely give it a watch. You will be surprised.

Tense drama about survival and trust. The only "it" that came at night was the nightmares.

If this were big budget Hollywood, it would be 4 stars, but this movie has a far more natural indie feel that is simply, extremely well done. The end might be somewhat predictable, but the ride keeps you on edge and leaves you with a feeling of revelation. My wife kept asking: "What was 'It'?!" It came at night and look what it left.

It Comes at Night is hit and miss movie. It had some good concepts within the movie; but miss with most parts of this movie. The movie ending was an epic failure, and the movie overall was a big disappointment.

My son had this movie on his reading list for school since he is a film major.

I enjoyed this movie. Worth a watch. Kept my interest for the whole film.

What a very creepy dark film! A24 films man! They know how to get to ya!
