Did not work with new batteries. Did not work with adapter. Returning.

I bought two of these and one just stopped working. Of course, it was past the time for me to return it, so I'm really angry with Best Buy.

I love it I bought it to keep my dogs out of the trash and also to keep the bad smell in I'm most defiantly going to buy some smaller one for the bathrooms.

I am very pleased with this trash can so far. I was using a round trash can before and it was a hassle to take the trash out. This trash can is the perfect size, it’s stylish and I love the touchless aspect of it. It would be helpful if the batteries and adaptor was included.

First, the product would have received a 5-star review if the rear handle for lifting and moving the trash can were more subtantial. Beyond that one item, I am very pleased to have chosen the automatic lid trash. The sensor frees up your hands when working in and around the Kitchen and of course there is no longer the need to walk to the front of the can to depress a foot pedal at the floor. Believe it or not, I am most appreciative that the trashcan will be much easier and safer to clean without the Base Pedal and the inner hardware of our old trashcan.

I feel so fancy having this garbage can I love how sleek it looks and my dog is no longer sniffing and stalking the garbage. I love how when cooking and my hand are full of what ever I don’t have to touch it to open on lay something down to open.

You don't really notice just how much you need a great trashcan until you actually get one! As funny as it sounds the truth is you use it all day especially if you're cooking. The auto open is great to keep going without touching anything. I really noticed this once I went to my parents house and keep trying to open the trashcan with the sensor multiple times! It also has a handy clip that goes all the way around the rim that holds the trash bag in place and it works very well. there is a carbon filter to help keep it from smelling to bad and with a scented trash bag I haven't have any problems.

The sensor is not ultra sensitive as many other reviews state. I like the trash can for what I paid, however, had I bought it full price I would have been disappointed.
