    Received this trash can and had it for 24 hours and it began smoking where the batteries are & wouldn’t close. I get all things like have a potential to have issues like this, but I wouldn’t purchase this again.

    I am in a wheelchair and was hoping that this trash can would make it easier to throw trash away, without touching the lid. It did function as it was suppose to, but the opening is SO small, that when you try to dump a paper plate with leftover BBQ ribs, it spills half in the can and half down the outside of the can. It also only allows you to fill 1/2-3/4 of the trash bag and is very wasteful. I returned the can within a week of using it. I would NOT recommend this trash can to anyone.

    Worked for 40 days and now won't open automatically. It still closes automatically. No response on warranty claim from company. Either they won't honor or I will have to pay shipping on warranty. Might just punt and find another brand.
