Bought this for my evo because the usb was acting up. I like the ability to use the handheld control while driving to change tracks without taking my eyes off the road. Sound quality is fine, only major flaw is that I have to turn the volume almost full blast to hear the music at all.

I find that this works quite good for me in my area. I use it with an old iPod and once I found a couple of stations, I can rely on these stations for trips up to a couple of hours away. I don't get as much interference as I did with other ones that I have owned.

I think I use it more to charge my iPod than to listen to it via my car radio. I travel, OFTEN and If I am in an area where there are not many radio stations it works, but in an populated region with many stations fighting to be heard then the transmitter is not as strong.
also, when you are driving it is not easy to adjust the radio station. jjob for a passenger.

Works and does what it says. Wish it had more range for stations. iPod reception comes and goes as you drive due to change in radio station frequencies. All in all it is a good transmitter

This is our second ITrip Transmitter. The first one lasted about 3 years. Liked it enough to buy another one. A great way to listen to all your music on your Ipod and without commercials!

Works well most of the time to allow you to play music from iphone 4 on car stereo. Static at times though. Won't work for iphone 5.

I mistakenly got this for my older car since I just financed a newer car.
However, when I drive my old 97 blazer, this thing does the work to either charge my iPhone and listen to internet radio on the go, or charge my iPod classic while listening to it.
NOTE: an update may become available since I havent used this that much, and Ive owned for a month.

Needed a device to plug iPod touch into car outlet to listen to Spotify offline and this device makes it easy to do.
