Although I liked that I got a charger and transmitter so I could listen to tunes on our road trip, it seemed unsafe. As the driver it required too much eye contact to manipulate especially as you had to change to a different station. The sound quality was ok.

The fm transmitter was ok if your not looking for clear sound it's hard to find a station without all the static and you have to keep adjusting the station because at any time it would lose it service.

The item is very good concept and is extremely easy to setup and use. Being able to choose which station you want to broadcast is very nice as well, but does not last too long before problems start occur. In larger cities where there are multiple stations that nearly bleed into each other make it hard to keep a strong signal without static. The cable is also not durable for daily use of plugging and unplugging, eventually the cord starts to come apart and this only adds to the sound quality worsening. I went through two units in a short window of less than 60 days. Both units did the exact same thing. Not sure what to do but this affordable unit is not worth the hassle, I will probably spend up to try and improve quality.

I am super satisfied with this product! I have one for my old phone and iPod and absolutely loved it. So of course when I was purchasing a new phone this is the first item I looked for. I love that not only does it allow me to steam Pandora and Podcasts for longer car rides, but it gives me a GPS that comes right through the radio and charges the phone at the same time. This is the best charger for a road trip. You do sometimes have to change the station depending on how many signals are in range which is not a big deal to me. The scan function works great to find a new station.

This item is just "OK" for those that need to charge and transmit their music from an apple device. We still receive lots of static noise, but it beats others we have tried. We do not want to change out the original stereo system, but if we could, we would. This will do for now...

I did not enjoy this product the quality of the sound was not good I kept getting static from the station signal it would not cut off the radio completely very weak signal

This is a great transmitter/charger combo, the downfall is that it only works for some iPhones, and like most transmitters, it has a short range. I tried it for two days with my iPhone 6+ and could not get it to stop getting interference and was not able to find a station that would work for it. I had high expectations because I previously owned a Duracell transmitter that cost less than half of this one and worked great under two stations. In the end, although it didn't work for me, it might for you.....

It is OK for what it is but do not expect it to be perfect. As you drive, you will get static and you might be forced to change the station. However, this is also true for any device of this type.

Overall a nice unit. Has some issues finding a good open station, but a little patience can fix that. Good sound and fairly easy to use on the fly as well.

I'm not sure if my transmitter don't come in well because my monsoon stereo doesn't come in so good, for that reason it's hard to tell if this transmitter is great quality for the price.

Works good for where we live, i.e. not a big metro area, so not a lot of radio stations. Decent sound, easy fix for a radio without any other inputs.

The fm transmitter works when you can find an open channel. However, the transmitter needs to be very close to the radio. Leaving it dangling does not work well. It's best when sitting almost directly beside the radio.

First of all the reception is week; it would lose the transmission and then you have to search for a new channel which can be very inconvenient when you're driving.

This may be an okay product, but when I realized I'd have to rescan for available radio frequencies in different geographical areas, I decided against this.

When you apply the device to a vacant FM station, like magic, it plays great! There are a lot of FM stations in the world. Sometimes you have to keep changing radio stations while driving. It might already be at FCC maximum allowed output, but if not, the manufacturer could bump up the signal a slight bit to allow for more override from interfering faint FM stations.

This unit is not all that great. It is noisy and to have a good sound you can't use stereo, it has to be on mono for a better sound.

I've tried a lot of different fm transmitters and most of have been junk. this one has surprisingly good reception with minimal static and good sound quality. I like the scan feature that quickly finds a better station when there's interference. it also charges my iphone super fast which is a nice bonus. overall I'm pretty happy with it.

Plugged this device in to play music from my iPhone 6 in my car. Unfortunately, I could never seem to find a frequency that provided a clear signal. There was always a bit of static no matter what frequency I tried. For what it cost (about $60) it should work much better. After trying diligently to make it work for a few weeks, I ended up taking it back for a refund. Thanks Best Buy for making the return process easy.

This transmitter could not seem to transmit a signal strong enough for my car radio to pick it up. Almost every station I tried (in various areas) ended up fuzzy. If I found a station that wasn't very fuzzy, it didn't last long. iTrip support staff gave recommendations but no success with that. I bought a different one (ManaWave) on Amazon, and it worked flawlessly on my trip in/through 6 different states!!

The product had issues linking to radio stations. Id like to see one where it worked through another system other than fm radio
