Loved it at first but then it broke

I still have it, but the screw that holds the phone partbon fell out and I can't find it. Now it takes forever to sync and I have to re sync it every time I use it, even if it was a few minutes prior. I paid over $50 for this and I had high hopes, but it has let me down.
