We were more than one hour away when we discovered it, so we went to Best Buy. Glad they had it. Works perfectly

Needed an emergency charger while traveling for my Dell that only has USB C ports. Despite all packing saying it was the right wattage and that it’s supposed to charge faster than normal, I constantly get error messages about sub optimal charging. It’s also heavy, bulky, and short. And (dumb me) I didn’t realize Best Buy is now a 15 day return window, so stuck with it and will never use it now.

I use it for my laptop and mobile phone - takes half the time as the charger that came with the devices. Great investment!
