Hard to Find Cord Made Easy!

It will not work the other way around. (Fortunately I was able to return it for a full refund.)

I use this to connect my hdmi out port of my laptop to the dsiplayport in port of my 4K monitor. Just plug and play, it should auto-detect. Always go with a known brand like j5create. You pay a little bit more but it eliminates the hassles.

Haven't tried last option but do use first option and works great. Not sure why it is a bit overpriced.

This like most video conversion cables is one way only. It will only support Display Port output to an HDMI input on a display. We appreciate your feedback.
