Connect new to old

In this case connecting a Chromecast to a VGA projector to allow casing from an Android tablet. This dongle does the trick (well, I tested with an ancient monitor). I'm still not certain if the not included power supply will be required for the final solution due to lack of clear instructions. I also have been told by the end user that audio is not required so that aspect was not tested.
